“I am in a wheelchair shopping in a wheelchair at the store I was able to do that there were a few aisles that had products waiting to go on the shelves but I was able to get around them I bought several dry food good here and my coffee creamer was at a reduced rate in the brand was really good ?”

The store is always well-organized, clean, and fully stocked with a wide variety of products — from household essentials and snacks to party supplies and seasonal items. The staff is friendly and helpful, and it’s amazing how much you can get for such a low price. It’s the perfect place to find what you need without breaking the bank. Definitely one of my favorite stores!”

“It's a great place with Wonderful things inside. But the staff manager is not so great.
On multiple occasions, they have given additude and even offered to call the police just because I asked the Manager to help me retrieve an item on the top shelf.
Not every employee is bad and the store is always fully stocked. But the decisions and actions of one person ruins a reputation.”

“I believe every Dollar Store is equipped with different merchandise what one may have another may not. This store had a lot to offer in the rams of a good select to choose from in merchandise. I would shop there again .”
“Fairly clean and stocked. I found some cute items. This store has more that others I have visited and some things were $3 and $5. I’ve started using some of their makeup especially foundation, I went and found what I like and stocked up and it was brand name and $1.25 probably saved 8-10 each on these items.”
“The manager at this location, Daniel, is awesome! He really cares about customers. I called to ask if I should come in and buy balloons ahead of time and then bring them back the next morning at 8 am to get the helium put in ( I needed them for a birthday the next day). He said come in and pick them out ahead of time and then leave with him and he would have it ready first thing in the morning because he would be there. He did exactly as promised and the balloon bouquet was amazing!!! Love that this location is open at 8 am. Unfortunately at some of the other nearby locations only open at 9 am and when I have needed balloons, after checking out and paying for them there is often a long wait while the employees continue to ring up other customers and only put the helium in my balloons when the line is finished. I’ve sometimes had to wait 20-30 minutes after paying for balloons. Not at Daniel’s location!”
“I'm so glad dollar tree is still a thing. It's worth Poppin here to check if what you're looking into buy has a cheap option here. They have solid priced for a lot of thngs that's aren't worth spending more money on so give it a try. This location is clean enough and has decent service.”
“The store was great. The staff were great. Very clean, no random boxes in the middle of the halls, exceedingly well stocked to a point where I was more afraid of the items popping out of the shelves, and the staff leave you alone to shop in peace which is appreciated and don't insist on conversation which is even more appreciated, they give a smile, scan your items and send you on your way.🏃🏼♀”
“Decent enough Family Dollar on Hoffner Avenue. The selection is what you would expect from a Family Dollar and, like all of these dollar store places, there are some good values and some items wouldn't be worth it if they were free. The staff was friendly and it was an overall positive experience.”
“Its hella big and they're pretty well stocked. Came in looking for some pegboards and a closet rack but didnt find it as they didnt have any. However did find some stuff that I dont see at my local Dollar Tree”

“For those who are wanting to know why the employees at the registers.are always stocking and not there to wait on you. I have an answer. It is there system. And , one that needs to be enhanced. Instead of two employees stocking one a manager and one an associate. 1 manager, 1main register associate and one additional associate to stock and run register when not stocking to assist during busy times and front and replenish/recover as needed. Smoother and more efficient”

“The store is pretty clean and most of the staff are nice and friendly. I noticed the Rug Doctor there and inquired about renting it on Saturday, before Easter. When I went back to get it, the manager couldn't find the key. She looked for it for a few minutes, said she couldn't find it, apologized and went to the other worker to ring her items up that she was purchasing. She didn't seem to care much about the situation”

“I’ve been coming to this store for years, and it’s great to see strong, respectful management like Frances and Lurdes back in place. Their dedication and effort to keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming has always stood out to me.
Recently, there was a temporary “manager” who, unfortunately, did not treat the employees with respect—I even witnessed her speaking very rudely to an employee in front of others, which was disappointing to see.
I’m genuinely glad to see that she’s no longer there and that the original management team has returned. It makes a big difference in the store’s atmosphere. Thank you, Frances and Lurdes, for your leadership and commitment!”

Stopped in there with the wife today after not going for a few weeks and honestly I couldn't not believe how much it was changed!!
