Ive never had a more transparent or honest experience with a mechanic. Latch is a full-transparency business owner with a huge emphasis on integrity and honesty. He makes sacrifices for his customers knowing that will bring them back time and time again.
He sat with me and built a plan on how to keep this old hunk of junk car running for as long as possible at as low a cost as possible, only recommending what is absolutely needed to keep the car running safely.
If you want to get ripped off go somewhere else, if you want someone who does good business go with Latch.

Working with Latch was hands down the worst experience I've ever had. He continuously promised me over and over that my car would be ready by the end of the week, but he had my car for 2 months. He continuously promised that he would call me, and then did not, and then didn't answer when I called him. Almost every time I was supposed to pick my car up, I found out an hour before it was not ready, still. So he'd make another promise that it would be done by the end of the day, or the next day, and then wouldn't reach out to me to update me until I harassed him and he finally answered the phone.
When I got it back the brake system was completely ruined, which it was not like that when I dropped it off to him. The steering column was also loose, which almost caused me to get in an accident. Two other mechanics recommended that I pursue legal action because of the apparent lack of ability or intentional attempt to destroy my car. (I have proof of this.) He sent my car to a different mechanic for the alignment, which was also done wrong, and there was two handfuls of loose nuts and bolts in my front seat when I got my car back from him. Please, please just skip working with this company. For your own sanity, for your financial benefit, and potentially life safety. I have paid over $4,000 trying to fix what Latch broke on my car. Not that he's worried about accountability... He'll let you know right away his brother is a lawyer. I should have known when I called to get my car towed, he told me he'd be there in 15 minutes and he showed up an hour later. Horrible from the beginning but he knows how to act nice and honest so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Biggest mistake I've ever made with a vehicle, I regret working with him immensely. Even a year after this happened, I am still working to get my car back to where it was before I gave it to him.

He is dishonest man and will ask u to replace the things that is not even needed. Also the cost is too high. 3 times more than other automatic.
He will never pick up the call once u do the payment
He has most of the reviews that are fake and paid promotions. So go at your own risk.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would because the service I received deserves more than 5 stars! Latchman (Latch) is the owner and he went above and beyond with his communication on what was going on and where they were at in fixing my vehicle. And if I needed to contact him for any reason, he was very easy to reach. When receiving my car back, I was shocked at how clean it was!! I car was FILTHY as it had not been cleaned in probably 2 years. His detailing team really had to put a lot of hard work into getting my car as clean as it is. I was definitely it expecting that amount of effort. Especially from my experience with previous body shops, my car has never been dirtier going in but has never looked cleaner when getting it back! I highly recommend this body shop for any of your car needs!!

Want my honest opinion?This experience has been great! Latch has been nothing but honest with me each time I have brought my vehicle to him. Most mechanics like to freak people out or rip them off, but this man tells it like it is.Not only that, but he has tried to teach me/help me understand the mechanics of the vehicle, something not a lot of people do, and something I really do appreciate. If I have a concern, he has helped me understand why it is/is not doing what I am concerned about.All this on top of a great personality…I will definitely continue coming back. Definitely recommend!

I blew my tire late one night so I had to call a towing company and they were so helpful and understanding and even gave me a ride home. If I ever need another tow I will definitely call them again!Service: Special vehicle towing

15 out of 10 review for latch and his team , truly amazing people I was involved in a accident and my insurance wanted to total loss my vehicle upon taking it to their collision center witch would have put me in a horrible position financially , I was looking at shops on google and found his in my area , latch took another look at the vehicle and showed me places where I could cheaper parts at the same quality , he worked with the insurance adjuster to make sure the vehicle was repaired correctly and it came out amazing , the repair process took slightly longer than the insurance quoted but he covered my rental for a additional 4 days witch im grateful for and got me back in my car , definatly will keep coming to him in the future

Update: I found my vehicle with no help from the owner. It is locked in a tow yard with the side doors off open to the rain. It is now ruined. The owner of the lot won't let me tow the vehicle as he's holding all the vehicles as collateral because Latch has not paid rent. Latch ruined a $14,000 RAV4 and took the insurance money.Previous: My vehicle has been at this shop since March 21, 2023. I am getting no response from Latchman Singh as to when my vehicle will be ready. Latch has promised over and over that it will be ready "next week". This has gone on for months. Progressive insurance has paid $7851.25 to this shop for repairs that have not been completed. There is now a sign on the door of 6562 University Blvd that indicates Executive Auto has moved and the new owner has no forwarding address. I have no idea where my vehicle is or I'd pick it up and tow to a facility who will actually repair the vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

I was scammed by the business owner, his name is Latchman Singh, he stold my money and didn't fix my car. If you have been a victim/experience a similar situation, please file a police report! you can take him to small claims court, you can also call the news station, I think Chanel 9 likes to do these investigation. Reports to the better business are also helpful. Together we can help the community be safe from bad business like this one.
