“This place is great. Stopped in the other day and hardly had to wait to be seen. The waiting room is nice and clean, the staff is super friendly, and it was honestly super quick and easy. I legit only had to pay $40, which was amazing because I don’t have insurance, and other clinics were quoting me at least $270 for just a visit. So this place was literally my saving grace. Will definitely recommend this clinic to my friends in the area. If I could give more than five stars, I would!”

“Been going there when I can for the last 17 years. Normally I feel like a family member coming home every time I go. Yesterday was a lot of different faces, Dr. Pinero wasn't there, the amazing Glorimar was busy with a call (but like always called me later to check on me and help with a few questions). I didn't see Kiara there either and the staff who I hadn't seen before didn't seem to know her. Was really hoping to see Kiara (she always stops to check on me and is very kind, caring and is like one of your favorite nieces who really loves you) I hope next time I come in I will see the three of them! I did get to see Claudia who is great, very encouraging me and set me at ease with concerns. She also said she will talk with Dr. Pinero and work together with my issues. Not many Doctors would do that. When I go for my next appointment I can't wait to see Dr. Pinero, Claudia, Glorimar and Kiara too! Wonderful people who really care! I still recommend this place to everyone!”

“Dr. Toochinda is an outstanding physician. My family also loved her aunt, who practiced here years ago, so great care clearly runs in the family. I don’t mind waiting longer if it means being seen by someone this thorough and compassionate.
If you don’t want to wait for her or Dr. Gordon, their PA-Cs and ARNPs provide excellent care with much shorter wait times — Elisabeth Duer is my favorite. Plus, they have an after-hours walk-in clinic, which is incredibly convenient.

“I love Dr. Priya Maharaj and her entire team. I've been going to her for years and this place is a one stop shop. I get my annual physical and well woman exam as well as manipulation because Dr. Maharaj is also an osteopath. It's amazing how she can feel her way around and can tell where your body is off alignment. I always feel amazing after a tune up! I also love that this is a small business. It's private practice, not a big hospital. I feel genuinely cared for by Dr. Maharaj and her entire staff. She even had her son intern one summer and he was so professional and attentive. Almost forgot to mention, she also administers botox, fillers and other beauty procedures. I've never gotten it before and I won't go anywhere else because Dr. Maharaj is an artist with these shots because she makes them look so natural and not overdone. I also love the fact that an MD is injecting them vs a esthetician at some beauty bars.”

“Started Medicare this month which is pretty scary. I chose an HMO with OPTUM on West Colonial Dr. as the Primary Care Provider. As a new patient I sat in the waiting area while filling out all the documents. I watched/overheard the fronline staff dealling with mostly patient-patients but also two accusatory and rude people basically blaming the lady at the frnt desk for her missing her appointment. The staff remained calm and upbeat and provided genuine help.
The triage nurse took my vitals and couldn't have been kinder and gentler, considering my nervouseness on this first visit.
Then the office mgr came in to give me a welcome bag with important numbers, coupons, cards, refrigerator hangers, etc. She expained 24 hour access in case I needed anything. I genuinely felt like they were happy I was there.
The Dr. Guevara came in and introduced himself. He was more thorough with this intial exam than I've had in a long time. That made me feel very confident in his ability and that I was not a number in an assembly line. His calm demeanor made me comfortable providing a complete medical history. Then they had a nurse draw some blood for a baseline. She was funny and energetic with no pretense.
Checking out and scheduleing next apppt was easy and smooth.
As my first experience here. I am so happy this is my new ins. provider's PCP. I felt like I established a new medical home. I never felt rushed and everything was profeesional and the place was immaculate.”

“Ignore the lousy reviews its just patients complaining they were dropped because they didn’t pay their bill. I came to this practice after I had enough of being treated like I was expendable piece of dirt by Advent Health for having a complicated medical history. PA Sarah is great and extremely knowledgeable. Very easy to get a sick appointment and they are very accommodating. This is still run like an old school private practice and not like a corporate machine and I really appreciate that.”
