Gibson Truck World .. I can't say enough good things about these guys . I bought my truck here 1 yr ago and they gave me a killer deal and took great care of me , I was in and out in no time with a new Beautiful truck !! Last month I had an issue with my steering and took it to 2 different Ford dealers were I was put together looking at 2k$ on something that was supposed to be covered under warranty... so I left and called Gibson , they towed my truck from st pete to Orlando and fixed my truck at no cost .. Dudley and the ladies and Gents over at Gibson are #1 when it comes to taking care of the Customer .. if your looking for a new or used truck hit up Gibson you won't be disappointed !!!

As soon as I pulled into Gibson's lot I immediately got excited seeing all the lifted trucks. Vince helped me out. He was very personable and charismatic which made the experience much more enjoyable. The truck I went to see sold before I could get there. Vince showed me another truck which I am more then happy with now. Vince showed me the mechanic shop where they work on the trucks. They just don't detail the truks and then sell them to you... all the trucks seem to go through a complete overhaul mechanically being upgraded and cleaned. Under the hood, under carriage, body and inside cabin was immaculate. The truck looked like it just came off the assembly line. Thanks you for your help Vince. Good experience!

Their salesman Nelson, with held information about the warranty until after I paid a decent deposit. Then when I tried to talk to him he was disrespectful and then ignored me. I seriously regret going there. I've heard good things about Vince. Guess depends on who you get.
