Every service visit is two hour longer than stated. I have the highest service package and continue to be up sold. This directly impacts my decision to buy Hyundia in the future. Oil changes should not be 4 hours long. Honda was more expensive but they valued my time. I pay more in lost time then it's worth driving a cheaper... read full comment
