I walked into the store with my sister, looking for a last-minute pin to hide the hole in my sweater not only did Marina take out her sewing kit and fix the hole in my sweater, but the blue didn’t match so she took the thread out and then re-threaded it with black thread I just have to say that act of kindness Not only goes noticed, but I hope people understand what a blessing she is to others and specifically to this company.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Dani at Bay Hill Jewelers. I found a ring online that I really wanted to get my husband for Valentine's Day. It has a significant meaning in our relationship but I found it very close to the date. Luckily, out of an online search this jeweler could had been anywhere and it just so happens they were about an hour from our home. I was able to see the ring in a video Dani sent me by text and pay by phone. She sent it basically overnight and I had to sign for it ensuring I would receive it. It was packed very well. I was so happy to see it was more beautiful than in the video. He was at a loss for words. The meaning and story behind this ring is a long one but it was like being reunited with a ring from 30 years ago. Unbelievable.

“There yesterday and bought a few things. Great store and the owner ? Was a delight. She recommended an Italian restaurant when I asked her for one while just visiting for the day. Please tell her her suggestion PRATO was as she said, the best! The mustard spaghetti and other entrees there. All good! The gifts in the shop had so much humor attached to many pieces and gift books. When we visit again, will be back in the store for other things and back into PRATO for dinner.”
