“Easy peezy. Verizon Asurion was easy to fill out. Made clear the instructions. Took the phone in, came back the next day. Phone was ready when they said it would be. Good as new. Mathew was high energy, and very engaging, and was patient when I got things wrong (wrong password, typed the wrong phone number, hadn't completed the claim, blah blah). I'll be sticking with ubreakitifix Asurion. (Btw, negative reviews about ubreakifix are usually years old - before they went legit and started partnering with big phone-carriers..... those carriers wouldn't allow the crap that the old company seemed to get away with.)”
“Had a great experience with Mina Zaki as my sales rep from Verizon! He was very patient with all the things I needed assistance with. We were here for 3 hrs and he was very patient with me, my son and my parents. He was able to assist me with merging our separate accounts and was able to add a lot of promo deals so our bill was lower as well! “Best customer service we’ve had in a while!
The two stores closer to us did not have the phones we wanted in stock, so we called and confirmed this location had them.
Juan helped my husband and I upgrade our phones and was so patient! He was laid back but still professional, and made us feel like we were having a conversation with a person rather than being talked at by a robot employee only worried about the sale. He was very knowledgeable and kept us informed of all of our options and the fees included.
The store manager, Neil, was also very polite and helpful. When we went back to return our old phones he provided us with all the pricing information again, and made sure we understood everything. They are an awesome team and are very personable. Such a fantastic experience!
We will be definitely be traveling to this store for all of our phone needs in the future.”
