They offer super easy birthday parties where walk-ins are always welcome. Party hosts are amazing and helpful, taking good care of guests, handling decorations, and assisting with everything needed. Birthday parties here are great and highly recommended, with many planning to return for future events. Some concerns include a lack of regular cleanliness in the play areas, with the toddler zone needing more attention. Several arcade machines are out of order but still accept payment, which is frustrating. The food sold on-site is considered expensive and very ordinary, and no outside food is allowed. The venue is mostly appropriate for toddlers ages 4 and up, and is less suitable for younger kids. With better upkeep and maintenance, it could easily be an excellent spot for families. I have been coming to this monkey Joe's for a couple years and Sam has been really great and helping me with my grandchildren over the last couple years they always inviting and kind to my grand kids and we will definitely be happy to come back here.
