“Our first visit was for a small acoustic show, and the sound was really good. Around 100 people, fully seated and could hear and see everything very well.Outside the main auditorium, the toilets were some of the best I've seen at a music venue, clean and plentiful. There was also lots of free parking outside and it was very easy to find the entrance.”

“The University Club of Winter Park, Fla. welcomes potential members to call or come by to learn what the club can offer them.It's volunteer-run and has goals of sponsoring lecturers and study groups on a huge range of topics. Each month, an internal newsletter runs several pages of descriptions of upcoming events. Most are free, but of course, the monthly lunches and dinners--which are modestly priced--always feature a speaker or an entertainment of musicians, vocalists, and more.In full disclosure, I'm the VP of Programs and along with my dedicated committee, we try to line up interesting and varied events for everyone here.Many visitors to Winter Park often speculate that this comfortable, college town might be hard to "break in" socially. However, this club presents an excellent way to stay mentally engaged and growing by sampling its activities, that are too numerous to list. Each of them has an automatic collection of kindred souls that a newcomer will find very welcoming.”

“The most gorgeous hidden gem of a venue in the Winter Park area! We just got married there a few weeks ago, and we couldn't have chosen a better venue for this day. The outdoor gardens, patio area, and the indoor space were all very well kept. It is truly such a gorgeous venue, can't recommend enough!”

“Great market to visit in Winter Park on a Saturday.Lots of food stalls, flower stalls, locally made spices, jams, and honey. I have been here a good number of times and always leave with a smile on my face. There is parking, however it does get busy so definitely worth getting here earlier than later. Yesterday the weather was perfect for a walk around this area, feeling in the festive spirit now!”

“We had my daughter’s wedding reception at the Gallery. It is a wonderful space for a party/reception. There was room for dancing inside and tables outside for people to visit in a beautiful setting on Park Avenue. The catering was provided by George from George’s Catering. His restaurant is right next store to the Gallery. The food was so delicious, people are still talking about it! The service from his staff was perfect. Everyone connected with this venue is great to work with and will make your event even more fun. We will definitely consider The Gallery 32789 for other events in the future.”

When we contacted Chris (owner), he was open, accommodating and honest about Penthouse 450 and put everything on hold until our arrival 11/22/22 to make our decision of whether to use Penthouse for our Family Thanksgiving gathering on 11/24/22! Penthouse 450's interior design is first-class; clean and well maintained; and the ambiance, setting and atmosphere is outstanding; in fact, so phenomenal that other family members will be contacting Chris, in the future, to host other events! His Staff was incredibly professional and clearly took pride in their work and were very personable! Most importantly, they were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to welcome us, and to make sure we felt comfortable! We HIGHLY recommend using Penthouse 450 for any major or minor event; we certainly will, without any doubt whatsoever! To Chris and the Staff at Penthouse 450, THANK YOU!”

“The room was very clean and nice. I was not expecting it to be as nice as it was. The staff was also very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative I have is that there is no complimentary breakfast which wouldn’t be a problem if the breakfast I paid for wasn’t so bad. The breakfast they served me tasted like it had been sitting around for a while, definitely not worth the $20+ I spent.”

“We were delighted ti find this local gem in such a densely populated restaurant area. Tucked away in a courtyard off Orange Ave in WP, we were greetef with such warmth and hospitality. Entertainment added nicely to the genuine Italian atmosphere, reservations recommended.”

“They have an amazing crew at this location! We celebrated my daughter’s 4th birthday here. We did not have a scheduled party. We just brought our 3 children here to celebrate. The Monkey Joe’s crew was so accommodating. They went above and beyond in every way! I am highly impressed. The kids love it here so much. I recommend Monkey Joe’s Winter Park to anyone who is considering going here. Props to the management for doing it right!”
