We held my sons 5th birthday here and it was great, the party coordinator Danali was amazing and made sure we got everyone together for pizza and cake. She even had the decorations set up before we got there so we could focus on the kids.

We had my daughter’s 6th birthday party here and they took such good care of us. Julissa was an AMAZING party host! She made sure we had everything we needed and was so helpful. She was also an expert birthday cake cutter. We will definitely return for future birthdays.

Took my nephew there today. I had to confront two grown men that were going inside all of the playpens with their children when there’s clearly a sign that says no adults beyond a certain point and staff wasn’t paying attention to any of the playpens. They only had one girl that I saw working there and she was sitting in a corner out of site while on her phone. I’d rather take my nephew somewhere else where I don’t need to feel like an employee enforcing rules.

I come to Monkey Joe’s fairly often and have never had any issues with the staff, they’re always friendly and welcoming. One concern I do have, though, is the lack of cleanliness. At other similar places, I’ve seen staff regularly sanitizing the play areas, but here it often feels neglected. The toddler area especially could use more attention; I’ve noticed the same trash behind the slide area for months, which makes me wonder if anyone is walking through to pick up and vacuum.
Another issue is with some of the arcade machines,several are out of order, but they still accept swipes from the play card, which is frustrating since it charges points without working.
That said, I do appreciate that Monkey Joe’s gives kids a chance to burn off energy, especially on days when the weather keeps us indoors. With better upkeep and maintenance, this could easily be an excellent spot for families.

It’s great to have options for where to bring your kids for a fun time and this place is a good option for that. We came here for a birthday party. There a gigantic bouncy houses, about 4. There is also a very big jungle gym and many arcade games to enjoy. They did not charge extra for socks, instead kids were allowed to wear their own socks-which is wonderful! There was enough space for the kids to play and seats for the parents to sit near and watch. I would say this place is mostly for toddlers ages 4 and up. Not really appropriate for younger kids. Overall is it was a great time in this place, it was clean and spacious. Highly recommend
