This company is full of it. They tried to sell us a whole new unit for well over $4,000.00 dollars. Had the unit check by another company and it was only 1,000.00 dollars. Be very careful with these guys.

PRO-TECH IS A RIP OFF COMPANY!!! After Hurricane Milton our HVAC stopped working. Since they installed it in 2009, we called to have them service it. Rather than making ANY EFFORTS to repair our system Ricardo informed us that the entire system needed to be replaced at a $13000 cost!!! Well, I have always believed in getting a 2nd opinion. A neighbor recommended Artic Air so I called them. They came the next day. Artic Air's mechanic, Will, checked all the same components and stated that nothing was wrong at all!!! Then, he only charged us $115 for the service call thus saving us thousands of dollars.

Max is an outstanding AC technician! He was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain different solutions to fix our AC issues and gave helpful tips to maintain the system. I was getting a quote about replacing our home AC unit and Jeremy Johnson of Protech came out. Jeremy was very professional and showed me things about the unit that I had no idea about and certainly helped me to understand better on the type of unit that we needed to purchase. I would very much recommend Protech and Jeremy to anyone that is in our situation.

I was very pleased with my experience with Pro Tech Air Conditining & Plumbing. This company has really set the bar for other companies to follow. My technician was Eric, he did an excellent job of explaining, he also executed the service in the same manner. Adam also did an excellent customer service job. I was looking for a hybrid hot water heater and called for several quotes. Pro-Tech wasn't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either. What really impressed me is the competence of their team. The gentleman who quoted me was well-versed in this newer style of water heater, laid out the pros and cons and let me know exactly what to expect of the installation. Though I didn't move forward right away, several months later, I reached out to schedule the job. They found a date and time to work with my schedule and with sensitivity to the fact that the existing water heater was leaking and I was leaving on a business trip (I didn't want to leave my family with a mess should the leak go from bad to worse). The team did a great job installing the unit, went over all the particulars with me and were very friendly and did nice work!. I would recommend Pro-Tech to anyone looking for a water heater.
