Staff is incredibly rude, provide conflicting information and only operate 2 out of 8 rooms on a given day. Can't make an appointment for 2 months out either which is impossible for urgent situations like prenatal.

I was given an order from my Doctor for Lab tests at Quest, I was able to do it all on line before the appointment, so that on appointment day, it was just a matter of checking in. It was all very efficient. Thank you!

All great except the sign in screen denied I had an appointment. I had one at 9:40 that had been confirmed when I made it. But as I prepared to leave in frustration, an employee came out to get me for my appointment. I explained to her what the screen indicated but she said it came to her screen in back accurately! Strange system! I was going to leave as the front screen said I’d have a 30-60 minute wait as a “walk in” with no appointment!

The process to request an appointment online was fast and convenient. I had an appointment at 9:50 A.M. on 5/30 to get my blood drawn. No wait time after signing-in. Nichesha welcomed and took care of me. She has the hands of an angel. I felt no pain at all. She made me feel at ease and answered my questions thoroughly. I was literally in and out in a few minutes! Overall, it was a very pleasant experience at this Quest in Winter Park.

I went to Quest the day before and waiting as an walk-in for over an hour. After an hour, I was told there could be no more walk-ins and ask to leave. I went back the next day with a reservation and got my text done. Overall I felt like no one cared about helping out even though they was still an hour left in the day, before I was asked to leave. And the lab didn't have any Coban tape. This may not seem like must, but when you are on Coumadin, regular tape can really leave bruises. Wayne.

my wife and I registered back to back, she helped another register too. I was in and out quickly for a non appointment. There was a woman with the man my wife helped check in giving the staff grief, like she was special. Long story short ; they took them before my wife instead of after. She helped them and was treated unfairly. The associate told me they would get to us eventually. She"associate" was rude to us. If you have rules in place why don"t they follow them. Next time I will just complain and jump up and down so they will take me immediatly. This was un-acceptable!
