Customer service is poor, I was in the store for 10+ minutes alone trying to purchase boxes and looking for a customer service representative , once the customer service representative found time to service me, he had no sense of urgency, nonchalant, didn’t even apologize, and came off as condescending.

7:30am sharp I was there and the gentleman was completely ready (forgot his name sorry) he moved and grooved quickly to get me right out on the road as I needed. Very nice young gentleman and I appreciate him and his work.

Just there spoke to Luke when I pulled in said he gonna be a few with another customer. Well after 15 minutes of waiting. I left I found Luke out back watching a customer with his hands on his hips. Way to go Luke great work ethic!. I even called and told him great job he knew I was waiting but so was he out back with his hands on his hips. And only one person working that's bs also store make plenty of money. Maybe pay for help.insread under paying and getting people like Luke.

Winter Park U-Haul is always my preferred rental location. They have a great selection, and the crew is always knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.

This place is full of scammers. I rented a truck and I drove less than 200 miles and the manager charged me $400. Literally double of what I drove. So now I need to call the bank and dispute the payment because they chose to rob me. And if they do this to me this means they do it to more people! So if you are seeing this dispute your payment too they can’t just rob and scam people thinking that it’s ok.

Don’t understand the recent poor reviews, i use this location a lot and they are always really good. Under 2 min in and out for both drop off and pickup. Van was a little dirty in the back but i would rather be in and out with a dirty van than waste time. Employees have a sense of urgency to get you out. Great job!

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Didn’t have my dolly I ordered and gave me a truck with 1/4 tank of gas.

Extremely Poor Customer Service & Overcharging – Avoid This Location!
I rented a trailer from this U-Haul location on February 10 at 4 PM and returned it on February 11 at 3 PM—well within the 24-hour period. At drop-off, I confirmed with an employee that everything was in order. However, I later received an email showing I was overcharged for an extra day ($40).
I immediately tried calling the location, but my call was routed to U-Haul customer service, who assured me they would investigate. Days passed with no follow-up. After multiple calls and another escalation request, I still had no response. When I visited the store in person, I was told the overcharge was processed by General Manager Quentin, and only he could resolve it. Despite promises that he’d be available, he was nowhere to be found. The assistant manager was unhelpful and directed me back to customer service, sending me in circles.
This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unprofessional. No one at this location seems to care about customer concerns or accountability. If you’re considering renting from here, beware of potential overcharges and complete lack of customer service. I’ll be disputing the charge with my credit card company and will never use this location again.

So I rented a trailer for 2 days. When I returned it I looked at my bill I was charged for 3 days. The manager told me that he would look into it had 5 days to do so, and basically did nothing and told me to file with the company again which I already did once. This place is a total scam do not come here because there's much better other U-Haul places around that do business in a godly way. Good luck to you Quentin you are a disgrace to you U-Haul.

Worst experience with uhaul ever! $300 tow on me for their FAULTY DANGEROUS equipment. If you rent from this place, you are putting your life at risk. They gave us a nasty truck, the cab had damage, and it had an alignment issue that i didn't know until later. I couldn't hit the brakes going 40mph without the cab turning hard right into the wall or traffic. I was hanging onto the steering wheel for my life. After getting to our destination, I attempted to contact this store. No luck. My call was diverted to another location. A mechanic was sent to check the issue. He said the alignment was shot and to call for a tow when we had finished unloading. When we finished, we called for the tow only to find out that he had put into their system it was drivable, and he had taken it for test drive. He DID NOT test drive the truck. I begged them to send someone else to check the vehicle. They believed their mechanic even though he's on camera leaving without test driving the truck. This is my opinion and experience.
