I genuinely love the staff and doctors, especially Dr. Melissa White. She is always incredibly kind, patient, and willing to listen to all of our concerns while offering thoughtful solutions and recommendations without hesitation.

What truly sets 4 Paws apart from any other vet I’ve been to is their communication and level of care. They have a text message line where I can reach out during business hours, and they always follow up to check on how King is doing—whether it’s after a visit or simply because we called with a concern about our boy.

“Amazing experience! We brought our Bulldog here for skin issues and the moment we walked in we were greeted by Lauren, who was very welcoming, then taken right back to a room and on the way we noticed how clean it was. Once we were in the room, we had a basket with dog toys/balls, fresh water and a very clean, comfortable space, in all my years of taking pets to the vet, we have never experienced toys and fresh water! Then Dillon (tech) walked in, he was so cool, loved on Louie right away to establish a relationship with him, was clear, thorough, kind, patient, mindful, knowledgeable and just awesome. “The staff was very kind, and patient with my anxious chihuahua. They were able to give her all of her shots quickly and without any issues, provide a prescription for my preferred, topical flee, tick and worm medication I could fill online.”

“I had an incident with my dog where he was struggling to breathe and he was gagging. I had previously taken my dog to SPCA however, they don’t treat dogs for anything other than vaccinations anymore so when I called this office we were new patients. I called early Tuesday morning before they even opened and got somebody on the phone who advised to bring my dog in this morning at 10:45. I had been up the whole night before thinking I was going to have to put my dog down because he was struggling so hard to breathe And he had never seen him in such distress before. I arrived at the office and filled out the necessary paperwork who was instructed to go into the examining room. Everybody was so nice and listened to everything I had to say. Dr. Wallace came in and right away I could tell he was kind he was so nice And gentle to my dog and did such Thorough assessment of him And told me we needed to do x-rays and bloodwork that my dogs popliteal lymph nodes were swollen. They took chaos back and did the X-ray and blood labs and came back to me 20 minutes later and said they’re working up a treatment plan now not to worry. Dr. Wallace came in with a treatment plan and good news That I would not have to put my dog down and the medication they would give me should treat his condition and to come back in two weeks. I will update this review in two weeks however, I thought it was very important to leave a review today after seeing the office and staff for the first time and the kindness that they showed to me and my dog Kaos. This clinic is advertised as a low cost veterinary clinic, and the prices were very very affordable. I will continue to bring Kaos here as they have a new patient for life. Thank you staff and Dr. Wallace for the kindness and care you took with my lil guy Kaos it meant the world to me!”
