From our telphone to the office to schedule “Bob” for his new patient appointment right through the entire process we were handled with tender loving care. It was Bob’s first visit to the Vet so he was apprehensive to say the least. Dr. Basso & Jamie took such great care of him throughout the entire process. Everyone in the office made us feel comfortable and confident. They are all top notch professionals! Not omly are they very knowledgeable but they took their time and explained everything they were doing and why. We would recommend Maitland Animal Hospital without hesitation. “Went there with a broken heart after hearing our baby Luna may have a liver shunt. I can not explain how at ease we left after meeting some of the staff. Everyone was so sweet and Dr. Olsen shared so much info on how we got to where we were and how we can proceed. We took our other baby Snoopy with us that day and he got so much love from the staff as well . We are just at the beginning phase with getting our Luna where she needs to be but am truly happy it will be with Blue Pearl !!”
