They were friendly, courteous, and very customer centric. Our Veterinarian was Dr. Olsen. Dr. Olsen listened to our concerns, without interrupting, and once we were done she provided her observations and determinations concerning our Lab’s condition. Dr. Olsen was very professional and easy to understand. She is patient and is willing to exchange ideas . We found Dr. Olsen to be outstanding in every way.
