Writer's Block Bookstore is a local, independent community bookstore in beautiful downtown Winter Park, with a second location in Winter Garden. Serving the Orlando area since 2014, it is a full-service shop with all the favorites, New York Times best-sellers, and Indie Next picks. The store is small but charming, very well stocked and curated, with an expanded kids’ section and a cute stationery section, including oven mitts with catchy sayings and a nice selection of banned books. It is a definite gem and a favorite shop, known for a lot of fun events like author visits, monthly book clubs, and book signings. The staff are super friendly, sweet, helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service and helping to find gifts or recommendations. The store offers a charming and awesome experience in the quaint downtown area.
This bookstore has a huge variety of books and there are so many interesting things to explore. The employees are also super kind and friendly, which made the experience even better. I really enjoyed visiting this place!
