The bowling balls were well-maintained, and the electronic scoring system made keeping track of our games a breeze. They were attentive, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had. It’s clear that they take pride in providing top-notch customer service.As for the amenities, we were impressed by the food and drink options available. The snack bar had a delicious selection of treats to fuel our games, and the bar area offered a great range of beverages to enjoy between rounds.What stood out the most, however, was the overall ambiance of Bowlero. I had seen many pictures of this venue when I was looking for a place to host my daughter’s baby shower but they did not do them justice. The decor setup was so beautiful!!! “We went here for a graduation. There were zero signs directing us where to go. If we had not arrived so early, we would have missed everything because we did not know exactly where we were going. If you guys actually do have these graduations ceremonies every month, you really have to do better”
“My husband and I had our wedding at the Capen House on April 13, and all I can say is WOW this is an absolutely perfect venue!! From the moment we had our first tour, we fell in love with this venue and knew it would be the perfect place for our intimate wedding. We received so many compliments from our family and friends about how stunning the grounds were and just how beautiful the overall space was. In addition to the beauty of this venue, they have an unbelievable team working behind the scenes to make sure every event runs seamlessly. Hannah and Katlyn were super responsive to my dozens of emails and were such a pleasure to work with!! I cannot say enough good things about this place and would highly recommend it!”

“I had my wedding here Sept 18, 2025 at the lake destiny location with about 67 guests in attendance. Christian was who I was working with and he was very helpful. He always had an answer for a question I had. The venue is gorgeous. Their packages are affordable, and helps you take the guess work out the planning process. They took care of the food, decorations, and flowers (including the wedding party). The ceremony space is upstairs and reception space downstairs. This location doesn't have an elevator. The food was good and they have various decor options and will even create a new idea from existing ones. Everything flowed smoothly. My guests are still raving about every and floored with how everything turned out. The day exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them! Thank you for an unforgettable wedding.”

“The venue itself was very nice for a small group of ppl, loved the chairs and special tables they had provided. Everything was white which made the venue look elegant with less decor. I worked with Carmen, and the bartender were great and very helpful. Everyone at the party loved the place . The only thing that needs to be updated is the prep area for food and or other things( very small space). Overall ,the entire event went smoothly and everyone had a great time.Thank you for everything!!!☺️”
“This place is a must see on my yearly trip to Orlando. The museum houses a wonderful permanent collection along with some really exciting visiting shows. I was able to catch the Nick Cave show here a few years ago. What an incredible opportunity to see this tremendous body of work presented in what can only be described as a runway of authenticity. I will continue to visit this museum each time I am in town.”

“The Blockbuster Experience was amazing!The fair itself was ok, but probably a half of last year's. My kids decided against rides when they saw that the rides were being balanced on a piece of plywood!We went on the last day of the fair, so it was good not to fight the crowds.”

When we contacted Chris (owner), he was open, accommodating and honest about Penthouse 450 and put everything on hold until our arrival 11/22/22 to make our decision of whether to use Penthouse for our Family Thanksgiving gathering on 11/24/22! Penthouse 450's interior design is first-class; clean and well maintained; and the ambiance, setting and atmosphere is outstanding; in fact, so phenomenal that other family members will be contacting Chris, in the future, to host other events! His Staff was incredibly professional and clearly took pride in their work and were very personable! Most importantly, they were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to welcome us, and to make sure we felt comfortable! We HIGHLY recommend using Penthouse 450 for any major or minor event; we certainly will, without any doubt whatsoever! To Chris and the Staff at Penthouse 450, THANK YOU!”
