“My first interaction with WSVC was in 2013 when I had to euthanize my boxer because of cancer. They weren’t my home vet, and I’d never brought Romeo there. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. Like most, Romeo was a member of my family. It’s a very challenging and emotional moment to go through. Because of their compassion and kindness during a very vulnerable time, I have brought my current dog Bruce to their office all these years later. I’m sure there have been changes to staff and etc. but the same courtesy and compassion is conveyed to this day. The staff is incredibly kind, quick to help and solve the problems. They treat Bruce as though he is their own fur baby. And for that I am grateful.”

“Dr. Monica is great! She has taken care of my 2 fur babies and I couldn’t be happier with her care and kindness. From the front desk ladies to the Dr. I highly recommend them.”
“I took my puppy to Banfield in Winter Springs and was very pleased with the overall experience. The staff and veterinarian were wonderful, knowledgeable, caring, and took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know as a new puppy parent. I really appreciated the time and attention they gave us.
However, I did have an uncomfortable experience during both of my visits. On the first visit, one of the staff members made a comment to my son about how expensive my puppy was and later asked to take a picture of him ( my puppy). At our second visit, the same staff member came out to greet my puppy while I was checking in, and it appeared she was trying to take more photos with her personal cell phone, this time without asking. I had to ask why she was taking pictures again, and she responded that she always takes pictures.
As much as I loved the care my puppy received, this repeated behavior felt intrusive and made me uncomfortable. I’m not sure why pictures were necessary on both occasions, especially the second time when permission wasn’t asked. It left me feeling uneasy about returning, despite the otherwise excellent care.”
“I haven’t wrote a review because I lost my German shepherd a year ago, he passed away in the back seat of my car as I was literally parked and waiting to unfortunately putting my dog down because cancer took over, this staff and Doctor were so compassionate that I never witnessed such caring people in my life in a vets office. A good family friend of ours use to work there and she referred me to bring my dog as my other veterinarian clinic did not take my dog as he was about to pass over the rainbow bridge, because they didn’t have an opening after going there for 10yrs… I was so upset and beside myself. Thank goodness I was referred to Dr.Griffith, he is definitely the best Vet in Seminole county Florida by far and I will be coming here for now on with all my other animals.. R.I.P Brock mommy misses you so much. :( and thank you to the staff at this place cause they are wonderful!!”
