“This Morning I went back to Doc Suero, after moving back in the area, from My experience Doc Suero Tuskawilla Animal Hospital is the best in the central Florida area, They Really Care about the animals and their family's, a few Years Back Doc Suero saved My Dogs Life, he took care of My Baby cat and most recently My cat started have serious problems, He diagnosed it treated her on the right treatment plan for her, I left his office feeling so good this morning that my cat is going to be ok in his care. So I tell You this never mind convience of closeness to your home id rather drive the extra distance knowing I have the best Animal care for my Cat she is family. They are very caring, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, good spirited, loving organization from the staff in the front All the way to the Vets. Since 2007 I've been with them, missed them when I had moved away, but happy to be back in the area.”

Dr. Rosado performed a dental procedure on my 15-year-old Jack Russell that went without issue. He is a strong and wonderful addition to an already amazing team.
And I have to give a very special — and I mean HUGE — shoutout to Dr. Holly. She has earned every ounce of my trust and respect. Her dedication to providing the very best care, guidance, and support is evident at every visit. She is honest, incredibly knowledgeable, deeply kind, and endlessly patient (thank you for that!). Most of all, she will ALWAYS advocate for your animal as if they were her own. Her passion for what she does shines through in everything. I, and my family, cannot thank them enough.”

“I took my puppy to Banfield in Winter Springs and was very pleased with the overall experience. The staff and veterinarian were wonderful, knowledgeable, caring, and took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know as a new puppy parent. I really appreciated the time and attention they gave us.

However, I did have an uncomfortable experience during both of my visits. On the first visit, one of the staff members made a comment to my son about how expensive my puppy was and later asked to take a picture of him ( my puppy). At our second visit, the same staff member came out to greet my puppy while I was checking in, and it appeared she was trying to take more photos with her personal cell phone, this time without asking. I had to ask why she was taking pictures again, and she responded that she always takes pictures.

As much as I loved the care my puppy received, this repeated behavior felt intrusive and made me uncomfortable. I’m not sure why pictures were necessary on both occasions, especially the second time when permission wasn’t asked. It left me feeling uneasy about returning, despite the otherwise excellent care.”
