Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Trying to simply order and pick up foreign currency and the lady I spoke with would not offer me ANY solutions. She seemed utterly annoyed by my mere call and had an attitude with every answer she was forced to provide me. Terrible. I think her name was Lisa or Tina or something....
