“I had the most amazing experience with Javier, who went above and beyond to assist me today. After having trouble utilizing the exterior ATM, I was unable to remove my car due to the length of my nails. I spent about five minutes, struggling to get the card out of the machine before calling the branch. Upon me explaining to Javier, he swiftly came to my rescue and helped retrieve my card from the machine before it took my card. Thank you, Javier for your kindness and for going above and beyond.”

“I have a mixed relationship with BOA I banked there for over 17 years, and my last experience was not ideal. I visited with a friend, Atika transformed my prior impression into something excellent. She explained that many changes have occurred over the year and suggested I give BOA another chance. I agreed solely because of how she treated me pleasant, courteous, and respectful. If you seek banking services, ask for Atika. THANK YOU‼💯✅”

“We have had a wonderful experience at this branch, and we attribute it to our bank representative Karina Lopez. Since the first day we met, we felt welcomed in a family-like atmosphere, and cared for in a very personal way; she even called us on our birthdays, and after the hurricane to find out how we were. Karina has been able to naturally gain our trust, not only for her knowledge and professionalism, but also for her values. She has always provided the best banking options for us, and has made herself available to us, while respecting our interests and allowing us the space and time to make the decisions ourselves. Karina definitely shows she enjoys what she does, and it reflects in her work of service we receive from her. We are grateful to her and look forward to continue to grow our relationship.”

“I want to give a special thank-you to Adrian. I visited this branch because of an issue with my wife's online banking account, and he handled it with such kindness and a genuinely upbeat attitude. What stood out most was his deep, professional knowledge of banking services — he coordinated with the relevant departments and resolved our issue quickly and accurately. This branch is actually a bit of a drive from our home, but Adrian's service was so outstanding that I'd gladly make the trip again just to be helped by him.”

“Awesome branch and super helpful. I met with Yolanda to set up a new savings account and open a credit card. She was very informative and friendly. Stephanie was great and helped with my first deposit. The branch manager came in and thanked me for becoming a new Wells Fargo customer and was very nice. Everyone I encountered was friendly and welcoming. Great job Wells Fargo Winter Springs!”
