I use to absolutely LOVE Publix Pharmacy in Yulee, FL, but the past 4 months have been horrible. It takes them days to fill simple prescriptions that use to get the same day or next and the notifications are as long. Sure miss the great service, but I'm not surprised, since service in America is slowly eroding, The attitude in businesses seems to be, you need us, we don't need you. Publix give them more help or modify your process, it seem to be broken.

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. My husband’s seizure meds are never on time. And today after surgery my doctor called in important meds for me at 11:00 am and at 4:00 pm Publix tells me they are too busy to fill them until sometime tomorrow. I used to think it was convenient to use a pharmacy where I shopped for food. But apparently they have huge issues and don’t care about the affect on patients.

I would like to thank Publix for going beyond for me as my doctor office drop the ball on me and told me they had called my script in on Friday and it was not called in. Publix loaned me a 3 day script as I was completely out of my med. Thank you so much for all that yall did, yall are a blessing for sure........

I have had multiple problems. Not sure but part is due to their computer program . That doesn’t explain some rudeness from many inside employees and making remarks on my script prior to checking pc. My physician is stepping up dosage on prescription and they order it but can’t get it timely. My doc called it in 2 weeks ahead and it was on being refilled. Today it isn’t on being refilled and in request refill! I’m retired and need reliable pharmacy.

No sense of urgency in the DT. Pulled up to the window and waited 2 min 43 sec as the employee stared at the computer screen before acknowledging me.

The pharmacist and the pharmacy manager are negligent at BEST. I have witnessed both of them violate HIPAA and be incredibly incompetent, condescending, and disrespectful to patients of this pharmacy. This was on separate occasions and I’ve only been to this pharmacy for two prescriptions. I will never go back. They are awful. Publix needs to do better.

Told yesterday my scrip would be ready this afternoon. So I make the trip at 4 and learn the queue has been pushed until tomorrow. This has happened repeatedly with this pharmacy. Does a commitment not mean anything anymore? Does causing me to make a trip and return home empty handed and have to make a second trip matter to anyone there? I'll think they've gotten so big that service and commitment don't really matter anymore to them.

Doesn't mind pediatric patient having being "stuck in que" after being asked status. Amelia let me know it was "over looked" I called to verify 2x and came inside to pick up. I asked how a pediatric inhaler gets overlooked....things happen. Ok thank you, that's awesome. Not the publix pharmacy I remember. The attitude and clear disregard was baffling. Healthcare isn't what it use to be. This used to be a reliable place more so than most. Geezz

People answering the phone is Not freindy they tell you , you have a a prescription for something you don't take . they don't want to listen to you. they need to listen to you .

I’ve been filling the same script here for over 3 years and it seems lately they have gone WAY down hill. It’s a headache every time I have to get my script. They are either out of my meds or tell me it will be days before I can pick it up. When asked why they get an attitude. Not to mention the half hour wait when trying to pick up in the drive thru. I use to rave about using them but I wouldn’t refer this pharmacy to anyone anymore. Very disappointing. They are in desperate need of new management.
