I’ve been filling the same script here for over 3 years and it seems lately they have gone WAY down hill. It’s a headache every time I have to get my script. They are either out of my meds or tell me it will be days before I can pick it up. When asked why they get an attitude. Not to mention the half hour wait when trying to pick up in the drive thru. I use to rave about using them but I wouldn’t refer this pharmacy to anyone anymore. Very disappointing. They are in desperate need of new management.

HORRIBLE pharmacy! SLOW, lied to me that my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes… TWO DAYS LATER it was finally ready… Whomever is in charge of this mess should be fired, clean house and start from scratch… So if you have an entire afternoon with nothing better to do head on down to the Yulee Publix pharmacy drive thru, just make sure you top off your gas tank first!My best advice would be to go elsewhere… Would give a negative 5 rating if it was a choice..

The food prices are like shopping in Hawaii. I bought chicken wings from the deli, got them home and they shorted me three wings after paying $15.99 for them several of them were under cooked and a few had feather quills in them. Totally unsatisfactory. For as much as Publix charges for groceries they should be excellent. Plus now they don't even take your groceries out anymore. I cannot recommend this store for deli or service. The store is clean but it's one of the worst Publix stores I've ever been in.

Publix deli went above and beyond this morning!! A huge thank you to Chinesia Sykes!!! She was amazing. I had an idea this morning to surprise my husband's work family with lunch. I knew it was last minute and was so hoping for Publix deli subs. I walked up and Ms. Sykes asked if she could help me. I explained what I wanted and was informed they usually require 24 hours notice but give her a minute. She went and talked to the assembly crew. She had the most positive attitude! Ms, Sykes came back to inform me my order would be ready by 11:00. I was astonished. Came back early and picked up some beautiful St Patrick cupcake from the bakery and Ms. Sykes saw me. She said let me get our order. It was actually done early. Ms. Sykes has no idea how many people she put a smile on their face today. Mine for sure! Thank you to Ms. Sykes and Publix deli!!!

I love coming to visit my son and family in Florida so I can go to Publix! This store has a great selection of everything and the staff is wonderful.

WOW what a contrast from this store and the one in Kingsland it is new, so it is very, very clean, the staff very nice and helpful. I asked where an item was the lady, I asked looked it up and told me where the item was and literally walked me to it. Unfortunately, none of those things happen in Kingsland.The selection is extremely robust, and the store has ample supply of items they like everyone on the planet run out of items from time to time but it isn't anything terrible. A great very clean parking lot and ample parking and even the carts are new and fancy. If in Yulee and you need a go to grocery store, I'd recommend you take a look for yourself and see this nice brand new store. LOL stay away from Publix in Kingsland they're a hot mess.

This is a new location across from Wildlight. It has the new Publix concept. You can order food at the deli and go upstairs to s cafe area to enjoy your food. The place is well laid out. I love the circled deli area which allows people to not have to stand in a long line. Parking lot was nice and clean. Everything was easy to find.

Publix is a very clean grocery store, the people are friendly and willing to help you if you can't find what you looking for . They always speak to you with a kind word. The produce is excellent, prices are reasonable compared to other stores. I like that they have a pharmacy as well and they are very friendly and willing to help you.

Highest prices on the island . Frequently out of what they advertised. Tole by several managers...too bad ,supply chain issues. Well they had every other brand of bacon , but not the one advertised for a decent price . They had every other brand of Brie , except the one BOGO ...of course ! A friend of mine who lives off the island noticed the prices are substantially higher than even the Publix in Yulee . She asked a manager at that store why. She was told that the Island Walk store has " island pricing ". You still save a lot , even with the price of gas , to shop at Harris Teeter. Owned by Kroger, the best grocery store ever , even their store brands are superior to the Publix brands . Even my three year old grandson will not drink the Publix orange juice and their dairy products are truly bad !

what kind, courteous, & helpful staff! from the wonderful associate the helped with my pick-up in the pharmacy, the associate that prepared my fruit yougurt Parfait, the associate that found me a shorter to check out, the cashier that checked the eggs twice, the efficient bagger & finally the young man that that thanked me for bringing back the cart! you are all Rockstars on this hot holiday weekend. Thank-you
