I popped in today and I was impressed they were super friendly treated me like I was a family member what a wonderful surprise I was expecting a all day oil change but to my surprise in and out very quickly I will be back for sure !! Thank you Shawn and team of very nice ladies customer care and service is priority at this dealership other dealership could take a lesson it’s not about the flashy waiting area and snacks it is treating my time as valuable

Hello everyone, my name is Sam. I drive a semi truck. I had a flat tire and no shop would help me so I drove to quick lane in Fernandina. The service was excellent everyone management. The staff was nice John Green from quick lane
And Cyrus from main shop came out to help me even though they didn’t have to they went above and beyond with excellent service got my tire seated back on the bed and air up and the best part about it is they didn’t charge me and did it out the kindness of their heart . I’ll definitely be coming back to be business with quick lane again. I recommend this place to everyone upon checking, their prices are lower than everyone else’s as well nothing but praise in the five star review from me try them I guarantee everyone would see the same service

I’m a foreign student from the UK who had a world of trouble with my car after returning from a 6month medical leave. The team at Paul Clark were absolute angels, they really went the extra mile to ensure that I was taken care of and that my car was safe to drive up to my new workplace in New York. Christina is literally a God Send! Philip also took really good care of making sure I was getting the best prices and they both made sure that I was fully informed before anything was done. Super trustworthy, professional and caring, and fixed my car perfectly. Thank you so much guys !

Came to this shop for an oil change, went with the works package, tech noticed oil leak, pulled the car down, Christina the associate up front went out of her way to print me the codes out that showed which sensors were bad on my car, and gave me the best advice about my brakes and oil leak issues! Will be returning for the quick, honest service at Quicklane!

Quick Lane refused to service our vehicle because mu uncle DOESN’T SPEAK ENGLISH. The vehicle is there and he was there with his ID and payment. Quick Lane wants me to drive 30 mins to translate which I was doing on the phone. Also, if wanted they could have used the Google Translator. This is so pathetic and highly inappropriate and purely discrimination.

In town from Ohio and my new Ram was due for first oil drain. I used Quick lane at home many times before and no problems. They said it would 1 1/2 hrs. I was doubtful on waiting that long then the service writer said we can get you right in next, no wait. That was a lie. When they were done over a hour later they lost the key fob to my truck and had no idea where it was. We searched everywhere in the shop and my truck and found it inside a bag on the back floor! Seems to me the tech who pulled it out was noseing around and dropped it in there unknowingly. Never go here for anything again. Wasted another 45 minutes looking for my lost keys. Never trust a service writer who comes to work with green hair with glitter in it. Besides that the cost was 94.00 just for a oil drain, normally 65-70 anywhere else. Even for five Qt. Synthetic.

Amazing service. We were in from out of town. Late in the day, and had two dead batteries in my truck. 39 mins from the time I pulled in till I left.
The service writer Amy was amazing. The mechanics and the rest of the team were awesome. Thank you guys. Family vacation is back on track!

The staff from the Service Writer to the Techs were fantastic. We were out of town and unexpectedly had some car trouble. Amy and Billy got us seen quickly and diagnosed the problem just as fast. 10/10 would come back!
