I am so grateful for the service I received last Friday. It's been almost a week and I've thought on the encounter several times since. My 8 year old son wanted a perm... I was clueless on what to do or what I needed. The kind lady was so happy to help me. I wish I would’ve grabbed her name. Customer service 10/10!!!

On 8/11/23 I came in around 3 and Miss Olivia helped me and signed me up for the credit card program and I had such an amazing experience with her and she was very patient. Definitely the best service I’ve ever gotten from this Sally’s.
