Do not use Verizon! They are extremely overpriced. When you want service you get to talk to someone in America, if you have any other questions, you get routed to India. They do NOT care about their customers at all.

We went to this store to get information on a better plan. Terin Dallas was extremely helpful and not aggressively pushy trying to sell to us. We ended up signing up with Verizon and getting two new phones. He applied discounts where it was appropriate and helped me set up my Galaxy watch. 100% would go see him for any other needs.

They're horrible when you go in the store you can tell they don't want to deal with you they don't want to help you they just want to get you out of the store their services went to hell very unsatisfied with them and nothing will change my mind😶🌫️👎🏻👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽

Maya and Rochelle we're absolutely fantastic. They got in thirty minutes fixed What I couldn't get solved in three hours on the phone with insurance and Verizomsm itself. Very appreciative for their hard work. They deserve a raise verizon.

By far the best cellphone service I've ever received! ERIC Weatherholtz(crazy long last name, he's 20,the deep voice) Was amazing. I even added a line. There was a little bit of a wait but so worth it. Give that man a raise he even explained my bill to me.

Amiracle, OK, what can I say about her? Her customer service was off the chain!!! She is a wonderful person very nice a sweetheart!!! She opened the door for me, which I thought that was wonderful!!!! Then we sat down and she listen to everything I had to say, and she helped me fix the problem!!! That someone did, she did not do it but the person before her I don’t know his name, but Amiracle fixed problem!!!
I just wanted verizon to know how much I appreciate her customer service and thank you for having a person like her working for you. I will definitely be back. And I will be dealing with her from now on!!!!

We had a great experience with Lauren recently. My stepson broke is phone and she quickly gave me options. What we thought would be an easy upgrade, turned into quite the project for her. My stepson lives in another state so she facilitated the upgrade wonderfully. There was great instruction, guidance and follow up—Even texting with me
past office hours to get things set up at the end of it.

I'm not the only person having verizon issues i have a very high end dollar phone not happy and other people r having issues too. Maybe towers.
