I had an email login issue after purchasing a new Motorola, and he resolved my issue and now it's good to go. Thank you Steve

Julian was such a huge help to my mom and I when we came to the store to switch from xfinity to Verizon. He was so patient with us and answered all of our many questions with a lot of detail. He even checked back in to make sure things were working well afterwards and he helped us figure out how to get my Dad switched over with a SIM card. We had such a positive experience at the Yulee location thanks to Julian. Thank you!

Aaron and his staff are amazing. Had an issue with a phone while on vacation and he was able to help with two new phones, an iPad and lowered my bill. That’s customer service. All on the 4th of July to top it off!! Thanks!!!!!!!

I just want to say I have been in this store twice. My first time was about 2 weeks ago when I had to switch providers from my move from TN and where I live on Amelia Island Verizon is the only one that gets service. The lady that switched me over was a big help. And upon my return to trade my old devices Brandon Massey and his trainee Harold Lewis helped out a lot. It was not an easy feat getting all 3 devices wiped and cleaned to add to my account but they made it happen. They were nice and explained every step. I had my 7 year old nephew with me and Brandon let him pick out a movie on his tablet for him to watch since it was going to be a min. They weren’t pushy either time I went everyone was friendly. I highly recommend you go check out Verizon in Yulee.
