“As a woman, it’s hard to find a shop that isn’t trying to swindle you or up-charge in some way. Not Zephyrhills Auto. Wonderful staff. Communication was consistently clear, professional, and prompt. Not once did anyone try to sell me on something, they just sought out the problem with my vehicle and fixed it as quick as they could. I felt listened to when I contacted them with what I was concerned the issue was. Fair pricing as well. Highly recommend this local business.”

“Friendly and helpful even though he knew he couldn't do the job. Unfortunately I had an extremely specific request that he were not experienced with. First he was honest enough to say the project was out of his scope of practice. Second, he was kind enough to help me find a solution anyway. Tgis speaks volumes to me. Other places were rude with no desire to help. Great first impressions anyway! Thanks for the stellar customer service!”

“I can't say thank you enough to these guys! Chris and John, you guys are my heroes today! I took my truck in for a second opinion after the Ram dealer told me that my alignment and steering issues were cause by an accident and it would be out of warranty costing me over 5k to get fixed... My truck is maybe a year old and has ZERO accidents. John and Chris looked it over top to bottom and quickly were able to find the real problem and they determined its truly a warranty issue and there is ZERO signs of any type of accident. The scratches the dealer is claiming as signs of an accident are normal wear and tear for a vehicle. Chris and John treated me with kindness and with intelligence. Typically, when a woman goes alone to the mechanic she is treated like she is dumb. But Chris and John treated me with intelligence. John took his time to show we all the areas under the truck and listened to what I had to say and answered all of my questions. Their suggestion to check the TSB Reports on my truck before going back to the dealer also helped 1) make me more informed and 2) show proof that what I was experiencing was a true warranty issue. Truly the best $30 bucks I have spent in a long time. They saved me several thousands of dollars. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!!!!!”

Bryan confirmed it was there, quoted a super fair price for the part plus shipping, and sent pics so I could verify it was exactly the right part. Then shipped it the same day. I was treated like a VIP even though my purchase was trivial. I will be back.”

I am beyond satisfied with the wonderful work they did—the quality is so perfect you can’t even tell there was ever a repair. What really sets them apart is the honesty and patience of the staff. “😊 This was the best experience I’ve ever had with automobile service and repair shop. I especially like that when you call there’s someone helpful answering the phone. The communication was excellent. Joey was very polite, patient and professional. He thoroughly explained the details and options before starting the service. I like that they are very transparent about pricing including parts and labor. They did and exceptional job repairing and servicing my sons car. When I picked the car up Joey went over the alignment diagram so I could see how off the tires were prior to being aligned. I highly recommend this Midas location for a stress free experience with fair pricing, exceptional customer service and quality repair and maintenance work.10 out of 10 ⭐”
