“I am not normally a person that writes reviews, but I was compelled to do so because I wanted to share my experience with others. I am a single dad on a fixed budget, so when my F150 needed some major work, I was stressed that I was not going to be able to afford it. My truck is my lifeline to my life and my child's life. I brought my truck and spoke with Addison Wood. He originally quoted me $1700 for all of the work that need to be done. Because I need my truck, I agreed to the work. When I picked up my truck, I was only charged less that $500. Addison knew I was on a fixed budget and was able to help me out so that I did not have to go into debt to get my truck fixed. I work for a company where Customer Service is very important, so I recognize it when I see it. I could not stress it enough....Addison Wood made me feel like more than a customer. I would recommend anyone to him and will continue to take my truck to him as long as I have it.”

“Made an appointment about an hour & a half ahead of time. Dashawn was at the front when I entered and was super pleasant the entire time. While setting up the service, he told me the cost & it was $22 more than my usual Tampa location, for the same exact oil change. I provided my receipt for proof & comparison because I wanted to know what the difference was. He researched, called his manager & worked it out to only charge me $5 more than my last oil change. Never found out what the difference was because they didn't know what the Tampa location did to get that price but I appreciated the effort & customer service. Although it took almost an hour & 15 min., I was able to leave quickly once everything was completed & cashed out. I'd definitely recommend this location based on the customer service alone because being a woman, it's hard not to be treated differently at any mechanic shop! Thank you for hiring respectful gentleman!”

Pick up of the parts was easy as well.”

Brian told me he had not found some of the things that two other local garages had told me were wrong with my car. I'm very satisfied with the repair work they did on my car.”
