“Jason, my assigned service tech was very professional, kept me informed along the 6 hours I waited for my service, went above and beyond to find the best price for the part I needed, very knowledgeable. I was texted a video of the service as it was being worked on during my long wait. Stingray was pro-active in completing my work as efficiently and quickly as possible. I had an oil change, air filter changed out, tires rotated, fuel pump module replaced (under warranty even though my truck is 4 years old and I was not aware this had been recalled) and they had to diagnose my tailgate issue, replace the actuator part and even helped me out straightening a tailgate rod instead of replacing it. They did a great job.”
“Angel, the owner, is so kind! I was in an accident President’s Day weekend and called MULTIPLE repair shops looking for somewhere I could get towed on a Saturday afternoon. He answered right away and said he’d be there when the tow truck arrived. When I found out the car was actually totaled, he even offered to call a local junkyard for me to see about getting it picked up and sold since I don’t live in the area. He’s been a wonderful communicator and I appreciate his integrity, even when he wasn’t going to make money doing the work. I’d absolutely recommend Angel and Broken Cars based on my experience.”
