“Today on 8-11-25 I went to links & wheel bike shop to pick up my bike, but it wasn’t ready, so I had to wait. I was there with my 10 year old son who is autistic. My son accidentally knocked a bike to the ground. The owner ( the bearded man) got so upset that he said “this bike is $10,000, this is no joke you must keep him away from the bikes” however, the bike looked like if I was to steal a bike, I’ll walk past that one. I was so embarrassed that I would never show face in that place. He didn’t even charged me just to get rid of me & my son. But I gave it 5 stars because of great services. Sadly I won’t be going there anymore. Best of luck in your business.”

“I was out of town and found myself needing help getting my bike on the trails. I showed up and unloaded my bike way before he opened. He came out and in no time with a little of this and a little of that my bike was working again. Can’t thank Rick enough for being the professional he is and empathetic to my needing to get going fast. If I ever break down again I pray it’s in dade city !!! Rick really went way over and above to help. Much appreciated!!
