“The technician that was inside the store at my time of entry was quite nice, listed the issues I had with a custom PC I was trying to build, took care of that, ended up going home and finding an issue, called back and was offered to come back and fix it again and he did it for free. I will say some of the methods used in fixing are not some I’d personally do. (Ex. Connecting cables while the PC is on, that’s generally a no in my books), there was additionally some formatting issues I’d had on my drive after he had to reinstall windows but it was easy to fix so I can’t complain, people are human. I can recommend this place for custom pc repair, and any repair in general! The pricing is very good compared to other shops around and it seems fair for the quality of work. Being more knowledgeable in tech definitely helps speed a repair up, so definitely get together what is wrong with something and what caused it to go wrong. One of my biggest “Wow’s” was the fact that the repair was done same day, most shops keep computers for several days and within less than 2 hours I was good to go. I stayed to see the repairs both times and it was reasonable.”
