The Zephyrhills Lions Club is a friendly and helpful organization that offers various community services and activities. They are dedicated to helping those in need, providing services such as exams and eyeglasses, and referring individuals to professionals for vision care. The club hosts weekly bingo games every Tuesday and Friday starting at 6 p.m., where players can enjoy games with prizes ranging from $50 to $800, depending on the game and winners. The bingo hall is clean and large, with a welcoming atmosphere, and opens early for sales and snacks, including chips, candies, drinks, and water. The club also organizes events like flood relief, earthquake relief, and college scholarships, demonstrating their commitment to helping others. Many attendees appreciate the staff for being helpful and friendly. Some concerns include the crowded conditions and the quick sell-out of pull tab games, which can limit participation. There is also a desire for more food options, such as sandwiches or meals, since only drinks and snacks are available. Overall, the Zephyrhills Lions Club is a well-regarded organization that brings the community together through fun activities and charitable efforts.
Great folks that run the Bingo games. And a great cause they serve.
