I hate to even have to give these people one star but you have to give something yo leave a comment. They are the reason 99.9999% of America hates HOA's. They keep telling me I'm violating guidelines and everything I'm doing is in the guidelines and when I show them they say it's the builder who's enforcing stuff. Haven't heard anything from the builder so I had to get a lawyer because these people are horrible. I think they can read but not comprehend the HOA covenants

Absolutely terrible experience after terrible experience. The contractors hired by this association are completely incompetent and unprofessional—damaging property with no accountability. The association does nothing to resolve the issues, leaving residents frustrated and ignored. You’re essentially paying for poor service and zero results. Save yourself the trouble—do not hire this company to represent your community.

I’ve had an exceptional experience working with Jeff at Action Community Management. From the very beginning, he has been responsive, professional, and efficient in providing top-notch service--whether coordinating HOA meeting, neighborhood maintenance promptly, or handling leasing communications clear and transparency. Action Community Management made owning a rental property completely stress-free. What I appreciate most is their quick response to emails in details. I always feel informed and confident that my property is in good hands. As a homeowner of several properties, Jeff Hope and his team is the best property management team I have ever met!

Sent 3 checks, none of them deposited, no answer to my emails asking for my password to the website to be reset, don’t answer the phone, their voicemail box is full, so they sent me to collections. I am literally trying my best to pay my fees and they can’t lift a finger even to accept their money. Absolutely worthless people.

Love Jeff and the team! So I have worked with this team for years now and their level of knowledge of the industry, their care for property management and follow through is amazing. Hannah is our property manager and makes it look easy. I would say there are 2 new reviews on here that are 1 star that are from a homeowner and his wife that were cited for vandalism within their neighborhood and that was the issue. They were using their review for retaliation and the review is not accurate. They create flyers for neighborhoods, help us navigate what’s going on…Hannah is on top of everything, even down to not letting the HOA members slide when it comes to violations and that makes me appreciate them even more. They are so good about providing financial documents in a timely manner, consulting with the entire HOA board, guiding us where we need to be. Thank you for holding our neighborhood up the past 3 years and too many more to come!!!

Action Community Management has been a very effective addition to our HOA. They have helped with the up keep of our new community. I am so grateful for the whole ACM team they are truly top notch!

I don’t even leave negative remarks but , the community manager sent my account to collection agency because I was late on my HOA payment. I called and tried to talk about why I was not responding because I couldn’t at those times and I tried to work things but was left to no hopes. It is just pure evil, and wickedness, unfair how a person would put another working class citizen into deep hole because I was defaulted. Now the collection agency company who is blood thirsty for money are trying to squeeze 4 times what I woe the HOA out of me which I don’t have in this hard times. Now they put a lien on my property title, that’s just ridiculous. Yes I know it was my fault that I couldn’t pay on time but just remember life will happen to you too and I hope you did remember what you have done. Mr Jeff Hope I spoke to you and I know you will reap what you sow.

I would like to express my thanks to the staff for the fantastic job that was done with the fencing at the back of the townhouses. Thanks Julie for taking my call. For a while I thought I was a nuisance. I am deeply grateful and I really appreciate the work that is being done. I am extremely happy about this and can now open the blinds and look out with a feeling of satisfaction. On behalf of all the neighbors I don't even know, thank you for the improvement to our backyard.
