Love the gym, but they don’t fix stuff often or replace it and this has been sticking out for a while and is very sharp and I just cut my leg.

A great facility! Recent renovations & upgrades are impressive. The management and staff are very friendly, helpful and work hard to keep the gym clean and in great shape.

After joining this gym, I found out I had to be treated for stage 4 cancer. I informed the young lady that n the front office about my condition, and she assured me she would take care of it. My gym membership would be cancelled, it was not.. I called the gym and was informed that I had to reach out to their billing department. After speaking with the billing office, I did as instructed and sent an email to the email address provided by the billing department stating my condition and I would need to cancel my membership. I also sent a picture of my chemo medication, which makes me very sick. I received the following response, which could have been told to me when I spoke to the office or when I called the billing department. Cancellation due to Medical Condition:
Cancellation is allowed for a permanent or substantial disability.
You must provide prove documentation from your physician stating you have a permanent or substantial disability.
Must be on letterhead and signed by the physician with a phone number to call and verify information, if needed.
You must submit a 30-day notice to cancel your membership agreement.
You are responsible for a $50.00 cancellation fee.
You are still responsible for any payments that fall within the 30-day period from the date ABC Fitness Solutions, LLC. receives documentation from your physician.
Payments will continue until the proper documentation is received from your physician.
It seemed to that I was strung along in order to continue taking funds. When I said this to the billing department, he chuckled. If I could give them a zero, I would. Today I received this message from the billing department.
We have received your request to cancel. At this time, your account has been set up on a pending cancel status. Before your account can be cancelled, you are responsible for a 30-day written request (this has been fulfilled via your email) and any payments that fall within that time period. Your dues payment will draft on October 21 and November 04, 2024. Your cancellation fee of $50.00 will draft on October 21, 2024. You will have club access until November 17, 2024.
The billing department blames the location and the location blames the billing department.

Have been working out at this AF gym since Covid closed down my previous gym. Wish I had found AF sooner as this facitity is better across the board - clientele, crowd level, and equipment condition. My wife has also now joined concurs with my assessment. AF deserves a shout out for the level of cleanliness they strive for. Sanitize spray bottles and paper towels are everywhere!

I was happy to see that the facility wasn't blazing hot from an over-active heater. It is winter time and some people think 74 degrees for A/C translates to 74 degrees for heat. That would be HOT.

I wanted to post a current review of this Anytime location as the equipment is in excellent condition. The photos uploaded several years ago misrepresented the gym, so I took some current photos of the same pieces of equipment and uploaded them after my workout. It's a very well maintained gym with a great selection of equipment and really friendly staff.

So happy to find a great fitness gym close to home, Anytime Fitness. Sian Teague, Director of Operations, was very helpful and Teresa Morgan Person Trainer, and Health Coach guidance to get fit. This facility is clean with excellent options to fit your training. Staff is awesome and the security of members being able to enjoy working out at the time that is convenient for their schedule is great.

I've been working out at Anytime Fitness for about two years. I've also worked out at the YMCA and LA Fitness. All three has been positive for me; however Anytime Fitness has been the best environment for me. It is a small facility; however, comfortable and well equipped with work out equipment, weights, etc. I'm impressed with the cleanliness of the facility; bathrooms are always clean and well stocked; equipment rarely down for repair, no long waits to use equipment; variety of equipment available including ropes/boxing bag available for all guests not just Trainers; owner/trainers friendly and available for questions; quests ... diverse, professional, friendly and serious about working out.Judy
