Saw Dr.Chishom here to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted. This man was horrendously rude and unprofessional before my surgery ( I get really bad anxiety at dentists and had several questions regarding post-op healing and he literally just said “I don’t know” to every question!!!!) not reassuring at all before a surgical procedure. Then after surgery, he takes HOURS to call in my prescription so I’m dealing with immense pain because he didn’t call in my medications on time. Fast forward a week and my mouth is hurting far more than it had been all week. So I call Dr.Chishom, only to be completely disrespected and disregarded. I explain the severe pain I’m in and before I can even finish my sentence, he goes “well what you done to actually help yourself?” (WHAT KIND OF DOCTOR RESPONDS LIKE THAT?!) and I was taken aback, but told him I took a week off work, I took all my prescriptions as directed, and I had been icing my mouth occasionally for pain (AS INSTRUCTED BY HIS POST-OP DIRECTIONS!) and he goes “sweetheart icing isn’t gonna help and I can’t help you either” …. At this point I’m furious, then he proceeds to talk to me in a very child like tone and very slowly and rudely says “you know all pharmacies sell 200mg ibuprofen, and if you take four 200mg that’s the same as the 800mg ones I prescribed you” …. That’s when u absolutely lost all faith in this so called medical “professional”. This man is a con artist and only cares about collecting money from his patients. Also, this aspen dental charged me more than what we originally agreed for my procedures. Absolutely horrific experience all around. Take your business elsewhere where they actually care about you and don’t try to screw you over.

The internal attention of the staff is good due to the dental assistant and doctor but the attention of the external staff in customer service was not satisfactory since because she did not speak the English language she made gestures of dissatisfaction and annoyance and gestures with her other colleagues to such an extent. I had to tell him that I did not speak English but Spanish and could use my resources to translate and in the same way he did not like the rest in the medical care and medical assistant a 5 and customer or user service a 2

They got my son in and quickly and the dentist and staff were very friendly.

100% disabled combat vet here. I get better free treatment from the VA. I went and left with cement fragments in my mouth from my temporary crowns, and they rushed me out the door. The second time I went there and had a chip fixed on the front tooth now my front tooth is sensitive to everything. My back top and bottom molars are so sensitive to drink now. I have to use one side of my mouth now. I'm expected to go back and get an extraction that I've already paid for but I'm not going back.Some staff members are nice but terrible work. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. .

Before my service, I was required to pay $507. The representative from your office kept insisting that the insurance company be contacted and that an x-ray on my account was not covered. According to the insurance company, my responsibility for payment is only $297. The amount I paid you was $507, and Aspen dental had refused to refund me my $200. They are committing a criminal act by refusing to comply with the insurance company's rules. You are in network there was no reason why I had to pay that additional $200 and that. You guys are criminals, and I will report you to the Dental Special Investigations Division. Carolyn refused to provide me with a corporate number and refused to refund my money or assist me. In the benefit of claims it even says that D0380 in an in network procedure and is considered an inclusive procedure. Stop saying that my bill is pending because the insurance company has already paid it and they can confirm it and they don’t mind sending you a receipt. I am also going to report this business to the Better Business Bureau so no one else gets conned out of money. I will let the public know to check their bill because you guys are fraud.
