All I can say is customer service was great. Michelle was excellent. From the time I call to get an estimate to picking up car, she communicated what is expected, she explained things thoroughly and was kind. My car was done before the quoted time which was amazing. Thank you to all the people that had a hand in fixing my car and making her look great again. And the lovely bonus, they cleaned my car.

My family and I have used Autowise for work on three vehicles in the past couple of years, and I cannot fully express what an incredible job they do. I needed a front bumper on my Miata Mx-5 replaced due to a fender bender. I chose this body sop because the were saving me 1800.00 dollars that another body shop quoted. I am so pleased that I did. These guys are awesome. My car looked brand new all washed and vacuumed when I picked it up today. I highly recommend these guys.

I was the unfortunate victim of a falling tree limb onto my car. I found Autowise listed by my insurance company. Michelle met us outside the shop and explained exactly what they intended to do. It was a holiday weekend and she indicated that it would take about a week as there were an extensive number of individual dents. They then performed the repair in under a week and delt directly with my insurance company.
I looked at length at the painted area in bright sunlight and I could not believe my eyes. I could not see ANY distortions at all. The fix was perfection. I was so impressed that I took another car which had some dents for them to fix on my own dime and again, their repair was flawless and even though it was an older car they matched the paint perfectly.
I highly recommend Michelle and Autowise to all of my friends, co-workers and family. I hope I don't need any future repairs, but if I do I will definitely be calling Autowise.

I was rear ended at a stoplight a few weeks ago. I stopped by Autowise on my way home from work a few days later. Michelle took a few pictures and they emailed me an estimate by end of day. The guy who hit me wanted to do self pay instead of going thru insurance. I was given a discounted labor rate due to self pay. Had to replace lift gate and bumper cover. Got an appt within a week and the work was completed in 3 days. Michelle kept me informed the whole time. They used OEM parts and paint match is perfect! They even detailed my car inside and out and it looked fantastic! Highly recommend!
