Went into the room and thought things were good until after turning down the cover there was black hair on the sheet at the pillows. The comforter was dirty with dirty spots. The carpet was like you want to stick to it in your sock feet. Showerhead was broken. Overall was not wanting to lay down.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever tried to stay at rude customer service lady they took my money and refused to give me a room said the reservation had been cancelled and would not give me a refund do not stay at the rip off inn by Wyndham I wish it would let me leave no stars

I will be staying here very soon and would like a great hotel experience. After seeing the reviews how do i kniw not to cancle and book sonewhere else? Will you make sure my stay is the best experience possible?
