“We had an AMAZING experience at this butcher. We wanted to make a beef wellington for Christmas, so on the 23rd, after a long day at work, started hunting for butcher shops. The Butcher on Whitlock popped up on Google maps and had great reviews, but was 40 minutes away. We called and they had the tenderloin in stock, but closed in 20 minutes (holiday hours). They stayed open a bit later for us to be able to pick it up! They also went through and told us a couple of their tips and tricks on a perfect wellington (it was our first time making one) and we followed their advice. It turned out PERFECT. The meat was so delicious and tender. We will definitely be coming back here again :) customer satisfaction 100/10 ?”

“I have been wanting to stop in for a while. About two weeks ago I stopped in just to look around. Picked up some Bohemian Garlic sausage. The were out of this world. The flavor permeated the whole house with goodness. A week later I stopped in again and bought some more sausages. As I was walking in I saw a sign that read, "Tomahawk Steaks" on sale, I believe $30.00 a pound. I bought one. $99.00. It was the juiciest , most tender steak I've had to date. It fed a family of three, with leftovers. Thanks to the butcher for the suggestion and cooking instructions. Like Arnold, "I'll be back".”
