The lady at the front counter was very rude and condescending to my friend when we dropped her car off. Maybe she was having just a day but still. Customer service is a must when in CUSTOMER SERVICES.

I was rear ended and my car needed some collision repair work. I was sent by the at fault insurance to Caliber Collision. The service people are amazing. Professional, warm, concerned about my need for a rental vehicle. The repair was excellent, no complains. Overall very satisfying experience.

Following a hit and run, our driver door was damaged beyond repair. I went to caliber to get an estimate for me to give to my insurance company. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that caliber would contact my insurance company directly and negotiate. The next day I took my car in for them to start the repairs. I was told the car to be ready in 6 days. I was pleasantly surprised to receive updates throughout the repairs and received my vehicle back, fixed, in 4 days. Everyone I spoke to was professional and courteous.

I was thoroughly delighted with my experience with Caliber Collision (Acworth, GA) from start to finish. Professional, courteous, responsive, timely communication throughout. Smooth communication on my behalf with the rental car company. And a nice, expert job done on the repair so that it's impossible to tell that there was ever damage done to the outside of my vehicle. Highly recommended!

I picked up a car that looked brand spanking new a day earlier than they had originally estimated. They detailed the inside of it for me and I swear I will never go to any other auto shop ever again. Highly professional, helpful staff and amazing customer service. 10/10.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. I took my Ford F-150 Tremor truck to Caliber Collision to have a section of the rear bumper replaced. After a week, when I went to pick it up, not only was it painted the wrong color, but a few blocks down the road, I had to return because the spare tire had been left hanging (luckily, another person alerted me).
We returned to the shop and scheduled an appointment to repaint the bumper. It spent another week at the shop. When I went to pick it up again, they had painted the entire rear bumper a different color, which was still not the original. We left it for a few more days. When we went back the next day, it was yet again painted the wrong, non-original color. On top of that, they did not reinstall the license plate or provide the necessary screws.
I will never return. CALIBER COLLISION, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I crashed my 2025 Rogue. My fault as I turned into an evening sun! I took my SUV to Caliber Collision in Woodstock. From introduction to picking it up earlier than expected, the process was really great!
