First thing first ask for Earica she is the absolute best and has good communication and will make sure your taken care of. Caliber was amazing they did timely updates and amazing work and got my truck back to normal and where always there for any questions and help.

Hey Aerica was wonderful she’s took care of all my questions and concerns and was nice of enough to keep me informed on updates on my car. I am thrilled with the results of my car did a fantastic job and aerica came in on her off day Saturday to have my car picked up and my car rental dropped off as well. The only issue I had was the lack of hospitality, customer service driven mindset for the lady that works at the front. Debbie she’s could be little more polite and more informative.

Great experience and that is hard to come by in todays world. Debbie at the front answered all of my questions, explained the process, and took the time to get ahold of the insurance companies rental division for me. Aerica was outstanding and kept me informed every step of the way on progress and the situation. She went above and beyond to make me feel like I wasn't a number and I never had to wonder what was happening or even check back in because she took the in initiative. The work done was amazing.

Caliber recently repaired my vehicle after being rear ended and they quickly completed the repairs. The staff is very focused on customer service and the front desk staff is top notch! They coordinated with Enterprise on my vehicle rental and made the entire process of being without my car as seamless and painless as possible. My car looks brand new again!
