Horrible place, always crowded, the music extremely loud, The worst part is here: They hidden fees when you want cancel your membership card. Dont go this place, to take your money its very aggressive and lie a lot. Mr Frank from customer service was nice until i mentioned want cancel the membership, he change completely and came with rudes words and each time i tried talk he interrupted me. Finally when i was talking he turn off the phone in my face. Its trap place, just want your money. I don't understande , this place waste money with a lot publicity and can not have customer service. To cancel my membership card i spent so much money and now im so happy to be out this place.

The staff are very nice and considerate! I was having issues with my blood sugar and they kept checking in on me and gave me a drink. They also offered to call someone for me which I really appreciated :)

I don’t understand why there’s a $20 downgrade fee….????? I’m leaving Crunch and joining a competitor gym w/o hidden fees. Who charges to downgrade….?!!! WHY? Make it make sense babes. Good luck and ✌?

Gym is packed at all times, machines are always taken up, not a good place to get a good workout in. They entice you to sign up for this membership and don’t tell you that you have to commit for 3 months so when I went in to cancel because of how crowded it is, they told me I can’t cancel and the only way I can cancel is if I pay everything today. So I have to go back to get my cancellation papers and they will get the $100 out of me so they don’t ruin my credit score but I’m very unhappy and will not be returning. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY & TIME

I don't much care for this Gym, the machinery is awesome when you can get on something you want or need. The Gym is clean as are the bathrooms. I am not comfortable at this Gym though, I will be ending my 3 month subscription soon.Update:6/11/2023 I stopped by the gym last week to inquire about ending my subscription. No one I spoke to was concerned with anything but telling me I couldn't end my sub till the 24th of this month. After my Yearly due was paid and the 3rd month payment was paid. They didn't ask me why I was ending it, only spoke about my obligation with paying a yearly fee and my June payment , which I was told in the beginning was 29.99 but each month I was billed 32.26. The gentleman that signed me up said the balance would fall off the 29.99 after the initial payment and refunded but it never was. I feel this entire subscription was a huge waste of my money and time. I have found nothing about this experience " fun " or " positive ".I am now receiving calls threatening lawsuits for $236. As of Dec.8th. The men calling are very threatening.December 8th. I am now re

Honestly can't stand the gym or atmosphere. It feels more like a place to try to find an easy hookup.

Jason at Crunch Acworth is a real representation of what a manager should act like. My experience from this young man at this location was way better than my Orginal location. I hope the district Manager takes notice of this exceptional employee and gives him more oppurnity for leadership roles and excelling in Crunch fitness . All employees should act behave and emulate Jason in character , customer service , and his ability please the gym members of crunch.

these people are so annoying. they come into my business at least three times a month with their stupid cards. i tell them EVERY TIME- i don’t want them- i still have 100 from the last time you came.they say okay and leave-AND THEN SNEAK BACK IN WHILE WE ARE NOT LOOKING AND PUT THEM ON DISPLAY IN MY LOBBY. Keep your dumb stupid cards to yourself- next time someone comes in i’m literally going to run my “no soliciting” sign in their stupid ugly face.

i genuinely cannot say enough nice things about the staff at this gym. Everyone i have encountered has been wonderful. Budour is an amazing trainer. Thankful that i now have the confidence to walk around the gym and know what I’m doing ❤️

My review is due to safety! The fact that we have trainees walking around around the gym specifically around the weights with socks, crocks and some barefoot speaks volumes while the gym crew are just standing in the check in area. I signed up for a PT this past Sunday. When signing the documentation, there was one specific clause that noted that the company doesn't hold liability for their client if injured within the premises?.Also when I signed up the charge was immediate when I was told this would take several weeks. I am now questioning the ethics of a business that runs or operates in this manner.

Terrible customer serviceIt I could rate 0 I would. I contacted them and let them know I need to cancel as I am out of town dealing with a sick family member and called repeatedly. I get told there’s nothing I can do and I have to physically come in while being in another state. Months go by and told now I can mail a place in Florida and then when my membership still isn’t canceled I’m told do you have proof you mailed something. Do not use this gym if you have any hardships they won’t help. Asked for managers and told me they don’t deal with these issues.

Great place to work out, pretty crowded at peak times, which is to be expected. The staff are helpful and nice

First, I’ll say I don’t have a problem with the actual gym. It’s very busy at all times and can be difficult to get equipment. However, the classes are great. The reason I can’t give crunch a good review is their lack of ownership and poor ethics over the refund process. I signed up for personal training with Brandon (is great). Eventually, we opted to cancel and work out on our own. Even after cancelling, Crunch continued charging us. We decided to do an additional month of training while Crunch figured out the payment glitch. Even after they stopped the auto payments, we were owed a refund which we have been unable to get for over two months now. After speaking with the manager Shawn on a weekly basis were finally told he can’t promise that we’ll ever see that money again. While I appreciate Shawn working with us, it’s obvious that crunch fitness has serious issues with how the process refunds, which apparently can only be done by corporate. Based on multiple other reviews, it’s also obvious to me that this is a trend. I question Crunch’s operations and whether they are an ethical company.Update: we were finally refunded the money after three months of weekly persistent follow-ups with management.

Props to the trainer Brandon for being so professional & giving his all at our session today. He is very personable as well & I appreciate that! I wish more of the locations had a hot yoga studio. Hopefully the Kennesaw location will have one because I do have to drive over 20 minutes to get to one.
