Where is the customer service and urgency. Takes days to get prescriptions filled and when you call to check status you get put on hold for well over 15 minutes. Quicker to just drive there to find out. Problem is most times they do not have a reason for the delay. Over CVS and lack of service. Used to be you would get prescriptions same day they are sent in by your Dr. Not anymore. I will be looking to move my prescriptions else where.

Terrible customer service. Not only do they take hours sometimes days to have the prescription ready after the doctor calls it in but they have a bad attitude at the window when you go to pick it up.

Waiting in line and nobody is working the front desk. This is the normal customer service I have grown to expect from CVS

In all sincerity, I can say with certainty that this is the least efficient, lowest stocked, most poorest trained business I've dealt with in years. Some employees are friendly, some downright rude, but the word "caring" is not in their dictionary. Drive through pharmacy is closed from 1:30 to 2pm, but wait until 2:30pm to drive through because they don't adhere to the schedule. Their computers must still be operating on Windows 95, as they' run slow or not at all. The property would be a good location for a bank, dry cleaners or a fast food restaurant, however, it's not suitable for the CVS which is there now. They should be in the handbook on HOW TO NOT OPERATE A BUSINESS.

Pharmacy ladies were rude and telling me to go all to three different counters, talking to me like I’m stupid or just talking among themselves and expecting me to just know what to do and getting mad when I was asking for the good ex coupon, which I thought they’d be familiar with, but she was not. There was no one in line and I was just asking questions. Was a weird, bad experience.

The pharmacy wait time is ridiculous. Expect to be at the window for 15-20 minutes. If you’re in line 2-3 cars back, at least 30-45 minutes.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This store has screwed me over for the LAST time. I can't recount the lousy customer service, ridiculously slow turn aroundss on prescriptions and never answering the phone but now to randomly send my prescription to a store 20 minutes away without even talking to me first, I am done. Done with this store and done with CVS. Take your business elsewhere. Anywhere.

Employees are not worried about getting the job done. They move at the slowest pace. Their personal conversations are more important then answering a customer question or getting a customer taken care of. The pharmacy will close in the middle of the day without notice- which as happened often. The pharmacy will close 10 minutes before the advertised closing time. Many times there isn't a single cashier you are forced to close Dr the self checkout. And when you ask an employee for help- they have a huge attitude.

I have a bad experience here literally every time I use the pharmacy here. The store portion is fine, but the pharmacy is especially bad. There's a sign that, at the time of writing, hangs on the wall proclaiming "Pharmacists Who Care". All empirical evidence would indicate this is false. This place is the master of not receiving e-scripts or not calling when your prescription is ready. Half the employees are wearing Airpods while working. When trying to help customers, there are visible (audible?) eye-rolls. I'm hesitant to dump on an establishment. If you read my other reviews, you'll see how quick I am to try to see both the good and bad in the place I'm reviewing. In this case, the bad greatly outweighs the good. Don't get me wrong -- there are a few employees here who seem to genuinely care about their patrons. But the overall experience is awful.

Once you finally get to a person to talk to in pharmacy, they will leave you on hold for 20+ minutes. I also got cut off multiple times when trying to ask questions about my medications. Not worth your time, transfer to another pharmacy.
