I was really dreading taking my truck to a dealership for service. After calling 3 other dealerships that gave me a 2 week wait time, I finally called Days Chevrolet in Acworth. I spoke with Tim Phillips and he immediately told me to bring it in that same day. Tim worked hard to get it checked out and my truck was ready to go within 3 days. He kept me informed during the process and provided excellent customer service. Days will now be my first call for my service needs. Thank you for the excellent service.

They won’t treat you fairly if you don’t look “normal”. Aka if you’re black or not dressed like you have money. Save yourself the trouble.

When the service tech drove my car up to the service bay, I paid for the services, and then got in my car. When I got into my car, I IMMEDIATELY noticed that there was grease ALL OVER the inside of my car, but the technician had already left the service area and nobody was there for me to speak with other than the cashier and she could not do anything about it, so I didn't even speak with her as it was going to be a waste of our time.. There was grease/oil spots on my steering wheel, dash, door, and door handle. Every time I come here to get service done on my vehicle, it has been very poor and very unacceptable. It is crazy that the technicians and service advisors have no respect for their customers even after they pay thousands of dollars for their vehicle and to get it serviced. This will probably be the last time that I deal with Days. We are not even going to talk about the previous experience that I had about 6 or 7 months ago with my tires. That will be a story for another time.

Rob was very communicative throughout the whole process of getting my car fixed and the technicians did a wonderful job! I will always bring my car here for any repairs or oil changes.

Oil change was 5 star but check out 1 star… I presented an email discount from Chevrolet that the check out lady struggled to apply. Then noticed after leaving that the discount applied was $25 and not the $40 for an 8 quart oil change that was performed and the email discount stated. The delay in applying the discount was annoying but to then see that I was shorted $15 will likely cause me to shop elsewhere for my next service….

This is the second vehicle we have purchased at Day's Chevrolet. We worked with Larry Eller each time. He has made each experience very pleasant, not what I have experienced with past vehicle purchases with other dealerships. When the time comes we would definitely use this dealership and Larry Eller again.

Very sad customer service and even worse labor department. Car was sent here by progressive, I only found out that “progressive did not cover the cost of this part after it FELL off on the highway.” Manager argues with me that I should complain to insurance. I was never told this part wasn’t replaceable. As a customer I would NEVER know that unless someone tells me. They only care about money and not the customer. Be warned. PABLO is also extremely rude and condescending. Very unfortunate experience. The Front desk lady is very nice and helpful. This is the work they certify!

To date our last 4 vehicle purchase experience(s) with Day's has been GREAT! Scott and sales staff were MOST helpful and more importantly made my wife feel comfortable with the whole transaction. Our family will continue doing business here.
