I’m getting 4 new tires for my wife’s 2022 Honda H-RV. Not only am I getting a great price, I’m also getting a 5% Veteran Discount.
I can honestly say that I would send my wife or daughter here for tires and not worry in the least that they’d be taken advantage of.
The manager here is Gus Mariona. Known him for at least 20 years. Ask for him. Say hi. If he says a tire is good for you, his word is gold.
Last thing, get the Tire and Road Hazard Warranty. Use it one time and it says for itself.
Old Review:
I have been a customer at Discount Tire in Acworth, Ga for longer than I can honestly remember now. They know that I will price them against the local competitors when buying new tires. Never once have I found anyone who can beat them. I am completely comfortable with my wife or daughter going without me. Many times, I’ve been women in there, and never once upselling, or using scare tactics. Can’t say the same for a place not too far from them. A place I quit many, many years ago for that very reason. If your reading this, and considering new tires. Stop looking, and go here. And, whatever you do, get the Road Hazard and Tire Warranty. You’ll regret it if you don’t. I consider the owner Gus Guzman a friend after so many years of going there.

Was told I would be done by 930 here it is 10am and truck still not even pulled into the shop not customers friendly wast of my time so for all you hotshot driver avoid this place and anyone get or need tire or tire repair

Everyone here is always very helpful. They have saved us multiple times when we had emergencies and it's the only place we buy our tires from. Great service from beginning to end. Highly recommend

Came here twice for small tire repairs, completely free if job is small enough. 1st: valve stem ripped, 2nd: nail in tire. Service was fast, friendly, and they measure your tire tread to let you know when to replace

So after going 2 days in a row to a competitor down the road, who kept not having technicians past 5:00 although they close at 7, I gave Discount Tire a try. I needed to patch my rear tire that had a nail in it.
Not only did they accommodation me 30 minutes before close, they were extremely pleasant on the phone. And even nicer in person. The bay was full of talented techs, wonderfully dressed, and working. Ben assisted me and another young man brought me my vehicle, showed me the nail, and thanked me for my patronage.
This was an agreeable experience!

Great customer service every visit from the newest employees right up to management (who are out there working with customers and accessable).
My local Acworth location on 41 is my favorite. But I have gotten quality service while traveling all over.

I have literally never been anywhere else to get tires since i have been driving and thought of myself as a loyal customer. I have been going back & forth with the staff over the last week to order 5 new close to top of the line A/T tires. Everyone i have talked to has been amazing... up til today. Got on the phone with Ben who told me they wouldn't honor a price match because the authorized falken dealer was selling the tires through eBay, told him how i have never done business with anyone else and wanted to keep it that way. The guy seemed to give two craps about that and told me to kick rocks. I asked to see if i could speak to a manager about making an exception since ive done business with them for over 10 years. Apparently Bens a "Manager" and wouldnt even consider it. its been fun discount tire but i will not be returning to this branch.

I looked every where for a night drop box. Couldn't locate it. I really don't like leaving my customers keys in a place that isn't secure. Please respond and let me know if you have one and where it is? If you do not have one ill unfortunately have no choice but to bring my night customers somewhere that has a night time drop box. Thanks.

Shout out to Matthew for getting me wheels next day when my original wheels did not arrive in time for my appointment. He went above and beyond to get me some sweet wheels, and made sure my mother got in and out of there quick when having to take my vehicle. Also a big shout out to Angel for getting everything on so quickly and even installing new sensors.
Awesome job overall and im very excited about my cars new shoes!

Shout out to Gus and Ben for taking care of my friend and I. They mounted my new Method 703s on my 18' Tacoma and it rides and looks great. They were able to get my old TRD pro wheels mounted on my buddies 4Runner as well. Thanks for the great job guys.

I had previously given this location a great review. I don’t know what’s happened since then. I waited and people came and went while I still waited. The assistant manager promised I was next when I went to express my dissatisfaction. They had the gall to pull another car in front of mine and said it was a miscommunication. Of course I was ticked beyond words. I would not recommend.
