Ricky and Jacob did a great job! They took great care in locating and digging to get to tank. They explained what they were doing as they inspected and pumped. What really impressed me was the time and effort they took to remove and replace the sod to look like before.
Highly recommend using Dixie!

This was my first experience with having my septic emptied and cleaned and I was concerned because it is in my front lawn and does not have any exposed tank covers. We have very nice zoysia grass so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The guys arrived on time when they said they would, were very respectful of my property and were minimally invasive to get to the tank. They are not landscapers and do not claim to be but they put the yard back in good order. Great crew. They definitely took away all my apprehensions and I will be a regular customer for all my septic needs. I was fortunate that to my surprise my tank had risers so they were just below the grass and your experience with how invasive it is may differ if you aren’t fortunate enough to have risers as that will require a lot more digging so I would highly recommend you have them install some if you don’t have them for future access.

Nick and his crew were amazing. Went out of their way to explain what they were doing and how the septic tank works. They cleaned up afterwards and were very respectful of our front yard. They also showed us what the other septic company had missed. 5⭐ for Dixie Septic

Professional and honest! No hidden fees. No tricks. It was actually slightly cheaper than the quote. They cleaned out the septic quickly and efficiently. I have a 1500 gallon tank and in the past septic companies have come out and then tried to jack up the price or claim that additional services were needed. None of that occurred today. Highly recommend for honest service.

Ricky and Steven showed up promptly for our appointment and got straight to work. The septic tank was in need of pumping and also was compromised by root growth around the tank opening. The issues were quickly addressed, the tank pumped, and then the area properly put back as it was. They gave me good advice on caring for my system now and in the future. I had previously called other companies without a prompt call back, but Dixie Septic responded and got my situation taken care of quickly, couteously, and quite affordably. Great experience! They arrived on time as scheduled and explained everything they were doing. It was deemed that I needed new lines installed, they explained why, went into detail as to the plan for a new install and gave me a quote on sight.

I cannot recommend this company enough. They are honest, reliable, and truly go above and beyond.
We used another company in the area and ended up needing our septic pumped again just weeks later. This company, however, exceeded every expectation—they scraped the sides, performed additional cleanouts, and we had zero issues afterward.
Two years later, we thought our septic needed service again. They came out, made a quick adjustment, and didn’t charge us a penny. Any other company would have.
When you find people with this level of integrity and work ethic, you want to shout it from the rooftops!
