I came to Frontline Auto Spa for the first time today and was sorely disappointed. I paid for the Gold level clean, which was the second highest/expensive option. I also paid extra for the detailing to be done. The young attendant who did the detailing brought the car out to me and it was still dirty. There was dirt on the front and back of the car, on the side view mirrors, and in the door handles. It was clear the car wasn’t fully cleaned. Honestly I’m not convinced they gave me the gold level wash - looked less than a basic wash with how dirty it still was. I pointed this out to the attendant and he hand washed those areas, however it took twice as long as a result. I won’t be returning here.

Took my car here for a hand wash and interior clean, but the pressure washer was broken, so I told them to only clean the interior.
#1 You'd think that after speaking to the guy on the phone three times about handwashing my car, they would have mentioned the broken pressure washer, especially since it wasn't broken the day I went, but three days prior, which is ridiculous.
#2 Before going there, I cleaned the car, but there were still a few pieces of trash they didn’t bother throwing away. One piece was literally a RECEIPT sitting on the ashtray/center console.
#3 The person cleaning the car did a terrible job. Here are a few examples:
Seats weren’t fully vacuumed.
Inside of cup holders weren’t vacuumed or wiped down.
Wheels were lazily cleaned, making them look dirtier—half clean, half dirty.
Some positives:
Glass was streak-free.
Interior wipe down was alright.
Weather tech mats were cleaned pretty well.
Overall, the lack of attention to detail was pathetic and lazy. If I were the owner, I would ensure that the kid responsible receives better training and supervision, with someone checking their work when they finish

Horrible job! Brandon needs to go back and learn how to detail cars again. I pay for someone to take care of my car, but with that job, I might as well do it myself.

I had issues with canceling my membership. After a few back and forth discussions, I was able to get it canceled. The staff overall are polite and friendly.

Best car wash in Atlanta! Definitely worth the drive. Our car had not been washed in a long time and was in serious need of a wash. First, we started with the vacuum cleaners and I cannot describe the intense suction of these vacuum cleaners. They were unlike any vacuum I have ever used at a carwash. Then we took it through the auto spa, and our car amazingly came out, sparkling, clean, in spite of how dirty it was. It seems like a very well, run business so next time we are planning on getting the full detail.

Found a great reasonably priced hand car wash on Hwy 92, Woodstock. Frontline Car Wash is owned by Troy and he has new equipment and some of the best guys there. Pictured L-R: Brandon and Johnny. I went here a few years ago and as I was waiting for my car to get washed and detailed, I saw the guy through the window where you can watch your car being washed and cleaned . A guy was cleaning the inside of my car, but check this out. Only one spot. The guy was sitting in the drivers’ seat with a towel and in a circular motion was scrubbing the same spot on my dashboard over over and over as he stared into space. I watched him do this for 10-15 minutes doing the same thing. He never moved or cleaned anything else inside. He would have rather made it look like he was working than to actually work properly. My car didn’t get the proper cleaning I paid for. I also was the only one there and I couldn’t find a manager to save my life. I was left alone in the empty lights off waiting room (it was like 2pm). I was so outraged I’m glad I couldn’t find a manager . I hate losing my temper over someone ripping me off, and therefore stealing from me.FYI my dashboard was clean and has never been dirty aside from normal dust. How dirty does your drivers side dashboard get? Dirty enough for someone doing 15 minutes of scrubbing over and over the same 15 square inches. Terrible. Never again.

Hi, Troy, it's me. I know you're reading these congratulations. I love the job you guys did. Cliff is an amazing guy. He has some minor issues. But he does good work Brandon. On the other hand I've constantly had to go through and redo vehicles on. You've had several customers come back because Brandon did a terrible job when me and cliff were working. I could promise you with 100% guarantee. He is not a good person to work with. Because he runs reputations. I don't know how you let it slide. I don't know if your bribing people to delete their bad Reviews, I don't know what you're doing but allowing that to continue is just terrible. Shame on you for allowing him to continue to do his fanatics. I work a lot, way more than you even scheduled me. I Have never been more disrespected. Buy any company more than you have. I paid you guys to do a service and Brandon did terrible, absolutely terrible. That's disrespectful and unethical, and for you to turn around And tell me I'm not allowed to bring my car back. Because I told you that he did a bad job is absolutely stupid. How dyou have a 5 star? Review is absolutely mind-boggling Maybe because both cliff. And I have saved your a** on numerous occasions. I didn't want to work that day. I had a day off finally. Because I was going on vacation. I didn't want to do my car. And yet I still had to because he failed to do his job,so congratulations Thank you and goodbye
