This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. I checked in today 11/25. The bed cover had blood stain so I requested the front office to send housekeeping. After waiting for 2hrs, I went to the front office desk to check why it was taking so long. The young lady stated housekeepers were short staffed and I had to wait until they are finished with their assigned rooms. 2 more hours passed and still no housekeeping. I checked out of the filthy hotel and took my business somewhere else. They refused to refund my money. When i asked for the manager, the young lady stated she was the manager and lied that she had offered me a different room. Stay away!

The front desk person upon checking in acted as if I was an inconvenience to her, rolled her eyes because she had to get up and walk over to the front desk to help me. We checked in early in the evening after traveling all day and was looking forward to sitting outside by the fire pit but was told it was not working and was being worked on. We parked at the end of the building and tried to come in the side entrance and our room key would not work to open it. After walking to the front entrance and asking the same young lady if our key was activated she said yes, the side door doesn’t work. When we went to our room there were four small pillows on our king size bed. I called the front desk to ask for king size pillows and was told they didn’t have any. Then when I tried to take a shower the complimentary shower gel that is placed in the shower was empty. All in all, this location was not up to the Hampton standards I expect.

Filthy hotel with stained up mattresses in our room. The front desk clerks have zero customer service skills refusing to brew fresh coffee. The Manager was flamboyantly gay and attempted to touch me in an inappropriate manner. The rooms flatscreen tv flipped off the shelf due to a flimsy stand when I informed the clerk I was charged $600 for it.

We have stayed at this location several times in the past couple of years with excellent reviewsThis time however they changed size of pillows on bed to tiny pillows, 16” x 16” used with king size beds, photo attached,When I contacted front desk to inquire about pillows my response was you get what ever was on your bedWill be looking for different hotel next stay

The rooms were roomy and staff super friendly. I was unaware that they don’t provide daily cleaning service, but other than that, it was very comfortable.

I stay here once a month when I have to travel to the area. Service is very important to me and i have found that here the staff are consistently kind and inviting. The check in process is seamless with the Hilton app. The breakfast area is well kept. The rooms are clean.

Very nice hotel. Staff is very friendly and professional. The only thing we saw that was wrong was it was very noisy if your room face the street. Thank goodness we brought our white noise machine.

This hotel was exactly what we needed for a weekend to attend my son's wedding celebrations! The rooms and entire hotel were clean and welcoming! From check in to check out, each employee was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and the potatoes were the bomb!! James, the GM, is a major asset to your company!! He strives to go above and beyond overseeing your hotel! If you are in the area and need a hotel....your search is over!

We were trying to make a last minute reservation, which we initially made at another hotel and whew...... NEVER AGAIN. We looked on our Hilton app and found this one instead. It was Great location. WONDERFUL hotel setting... and the BED and PILLOWS.... I need Hilton to email me personally with the links for the BED and PILLOWS...After being on the road all day and night, this room was perfect.....We 100% would recommend this location!Rooms: The rooms are clean, spacious and the bathrooms have their own shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion that are attached to the wall and shower area. And not just some raggedy cheap stuff. They thought very carefully about the details of this hotel and it turned out exceptionally.

Very clean. Friendly staff. The breakfast area was very clean & wonderful. Met friendly Ms V that made sure we were good. Jen checked us out. Not sure name of check in lady 9/22 evening. They were so great. Clean room, comfy bed & great shower! Will go back.

Great hotel very new the only entrance in is from the side of the road it’s on so you may have to do a u turn around the median but there is plenty of parking once you get there. The breakfast was great prob one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. The rooms we’re very clean the staff was more than nice they made you feel very comfortable it was just a great stay that’s Hampton inn y’all we’re great.
