Great service they were quick, and very thorough with their inspection and informative with the services that they offered! Tile did a great job explaining everything! Definitely will be back with the rest of my vehicles for service!

I'm not even a customer at this place, but one of my car rear break light went out. I went and ask how much they charge to chage it, and because I had the light bulb the manager put it on for free! That's awesome customer service!

Very quick and efficient service. When I arrived I arrived on site, the tech was on the phone. I thought he wasn’t going to look my way. He acknowledged me and asked me to wait a few minutes. After he was done he came to my truck and greeted me nicely. That was big for me.

Had a great experience today with Jiffy Lube, was greeted by the whole team upon arrival. Rachel made sure my oil change was done in a breeze! You could tell she is genuine in her work. Much appreciated Jiffy Lube, will definitely be returning!

I will never use this company again. They destroyed the oil pan on our new Nissan Rogue because they didn't know what they were doing. We repaired the oil pan out of our pocket and they said they would work with us, but we can't get anyone at the store level or corporate level to help us. Terrible company. If I wasn't required to select one star to be able to post a comment, these guys would be at a flat zero.
I did connect with you James and you decided to not do the right thing and pay for the negligence that you said you would pay for. Shame on you for not standing behind your word.

I think the phones were messed up so I ended up just walking in, thankfully it wasn’t busy, customer service was nice & probably the fastest oil change I’ve ever received.
