This was a first time experience and it was an epic fail. I paid $133 for French tips and a pedicure and left highly disappointed. Even during the process, I would offer correction and still, it was an epic fail. The French tips are crooked, and waaaay too thick they’re not even. It is messy. White polish is all over my cuticles and fingers.( To remove cuticles was $10 extra dollars by the way. I thought it was always $5 outside of a manicure.) and one of my nail beds are still burning from the acrylic. The burning nail was discolored etc but to keep from being difficult I suffered through it all because he didn’t seem to want to take off the nail and redo it although it was causing me pain.
My husband absolutely hated my nails. Moreover, the pedicure was very mediocre. The massage was not 10 minutes. I barely felt her touching my legs. It wasn’t relaxing at all. It felt rushed. The staff appear friendly but the service was too expensive for such mediocrity. PLUS he was forcing me to tip. I’m so unhappy. I would love to have them redo my service free at charge when they reopen after the holidays. $133 plus a tip is crazy for something I’m not satisfied with.

Took my 14yo daughter in to have mani pedi for her dance. She's been saving up for these services and was very excited. However, while the design is pretty, the quality is very poor. They were rough on her hands and feet, and the underside of the nails look awful. My daughter brought this to their attention a few times and was brushed aside. She was charged 124.00 for the lousy service and were upset she didn't leave a tip because she didn't have enough. I feel the price was Highway robbery for a 14yo. They never discussed how much it would be. First time she went was less than two weeks ago and was charged 68.00 (including tip) for mani with tips. Those nails only lasted 1 week before they were falling off. I'd recommend going somewhere else!!

Rushed through services! I got gel on my toes and it ALL peeled of in 2 days, why? Because they weren't cured properly. They also lack the skill to do simple designs, when I said I wasn't happy with how the designs were coming out another lady stepped in while the other one got upset about not being able to do it.Also designs are a $25 up charge, just FYI because they don't tell you before you check out. Mind you I didn't cause a scene and just paid, but after having my gel come off I can't recommend this place.

Every tech is professional, friendly, and has skill. I have had my SNS done by each of them and even being particular on my shape, they nail it each time.
Amy is my favorite for a pedicure because she is meticulous, but I have yet to receive a “bad” pedicure. Highly recommend!!

I loved my experience hear. Kim was amazing, got the color right, the shape right . She was a perfectionist, just the way I want it. Made sure my nails were smooth and neat. And then waxed my brows to perfection. I surely found my “nail home”- best believe I’ll be back.

My daughter and I chose Kreative Nails because their reviews are great. What I read and what we experienced held true. Everything was very clean and stylish. All the staff was amazing and friendly. Interestingly enough my first visit a few weeks ago was amazing! However, my experience today was horrible. My daughter and I both received harsh and quick pedicures. I chose a dip powder manicure. When I saw the gentleman wasn't going to trim my cuticles I asked why and he stated since I was receiving powder I didn't need it, but he'll do it. The powder manicure is $42. Why is a dip powder $42 and cuticles aren't included? He did NOT advise he was charging an additional $10 to cut my cuticles. I was charged for a luxury pedicure for the express pedicure with callous remover service received. I'm not sure why I was overcharged like I was, so I decided they received their tip with the inflated prices; although none was deserved based on the level of service. I'm very disappointed, because my first visit was amazing and I just purchased a home in the area. I don't know that I will return. I gave two stars instead due to the first visit. If Kim isn't there, you probably should leave; she wasn't there tonight.
