I keep going here, because it remains one of the few Kroger pharmacies with a Drive Through. Also the staff keeps reminding me of 100% paid for by my Insurance, vaccinations. And I am almost seriously considering taking the Shingles vaccine.

Does not notify you if the manufacturer for your medication changes.
My normal manufacturer is on back order, and I know that is not your fault. However informing the consumer is your responsibility.

Not sure what was going on today, but I’ve never encountered someone so rude or bitter before at any of the Kroger pharmacies I’ve been to. I hadn’t seen this woman before and after refusing to fill a prescription my doctor sent over I had to call my doctor and they had to call the pharmacist to tell them to fill it. When I picked up my medicine today she made a point to come over and let me know they if my doctor ever tried that again she would refuse it and this would be a one time occurrence. Felt like I was getting talked to like a child. Not her business what medicine my doctor prescribed! I tried to be as kind as I could be… wont be using this Kroger pharmacy again anytime soon!

I received absolutely disgusting treatment from a person named Alex that works At this pharmacy. I had to find out through two other people what their name was because she hung up so abruptly in my face after being so rude and unhelpful. I made sure to leave a complaint with customer services. If you want easy and efficient prescription refills, dont come here.

WHY I QUIT SHOPPING AT KROGER For the last 3 years being on my own, I've tried very hard to keep my grocery shopping economical. I've used Walmart, Aldi (occasionally), Publix for BOGOs and Kroger. Not a fan of self checkout at all. When you're a senior and handicapped , self checkout has many flaws and is overly time consuming. My main store has been Kroger. Now Kroger has pushed a Nationwide elimination of cashier's checkout to self checkout. Per my own calculations several years ago, Kroger was 20-22% cheaper than Publix. Aldi is even cheaper than Publix, but selection isn't great and requires you to compete you grocery shopping elsewhere. I shop about every 2 weeks. As much as I don't like it, I'm about to start doing all my shopping at Publix. They have higher prices, but they have real cashiers to check you out.It's a sad day when you not only get screwed with high grocery prices, but have to do the job of the cashiers, scanning your own groceries, but also bagging them. I suspect I'm not the only one who feels this way.

Not sure what everyone else is whinny about .I get in line , I wait , I get what I need and I get on with it !! I’ve had small issues with every pharmacy everywhere USA ! So far I’ve come out on top unscathed and victorious with my pharm needs!! Thanks for helping me get in and get out ! Especially since we’re in an era of lockdown filled with lack of staff with shortages and outages!

I purchased an Xbox gift card from Acworth Kroger for my son's birthday. When he went to go and redeem it the next day it would not work. It said the funds were not there. I called Kroger with proof of my purchase and activation and they sent me to Kroger corporate and they confirmed I did purchase it and said the card was redeemed 1 minute after purchase and there was nothing they could do about it. So, This card was redeemed before I could have even made it to my car and loaded my groceries into my car. I am not sure how someone did this but it had to be redeemed by someone in that Kroger. What is the point of the proof of purchase when you purchase a gift card from them that is not good. I will never ever buy another giftcard from Kroger and I caution others not to either!!! Kroger was no help at all and didn't seem to care!

This pharmacy is TERRIBLE. I had a prescription called in at 9am, went to pick it up at 4:30 and it STILL wasn’t ready. So I told them I’ll come back later. Went back the next day at 3pm and it STILL hasn’t been filled. I refused to move from the counter until she counted it out right there in front of me. Complete idiots work here.

I was told my prescription would be available the next day. But I have to wait 5 additional days. Won't be returning to this pharmacy.
