Clean store, some friendly staff, but the long line checkout process is a mess and needs work. We got set back 3-4 families because no one was paying attention to what they were doing.

Today I was in Ross, normally this store sells discontinued good brand items from other stores at good prices, today their shelves looked quite empty.
Also very few staff working, it is seen that like most businesses they do not find staff who want to work.

Ross may have some decent deals but in order to save that $3.00 dollars you'll have to stand in line for a good while.
They may have several checkout registers but only one or two will be open with 40 or more customers standing in line
