Customer service is a priority here.A manager and our server asked "how was your experience/food" you don't get that some places you dine these days.Our server had a large party but managed that and didn't skip a beat with her other tables. The food temperature was hot just how I like it and tasted good and seasoned nicely. The restrooms were clean.My only complaint is that they need to deep clean the floor, it did have a slight odor but nothing that horrible that would have kept me or anyone in my party away from this restaurant.I understand why this restaurant is so busy they take the customer's dining experience seriously. I suggest this Longhorn steakhouse restaurant if you are looking for a good longhorn restaurant in the area.

Yesterday (March 9, 2024), we decided to stop at Longhorn in Cobb Pwy during a trip to the Acworth, Ga. area. The food and the ambiance were good to great. Unfortunately, the waitress at our table felt she could complain about the tip I left at the check. I left almost $13 for a total check of $81 before taxes (close to 17%). Since I use my business credit card, I'm not allowed to leave more than 20% of the check, so I was planning to leave an additional 7-10 cash dollars at the table (which I did) to complete a tip for good service.Then, after she took the credit card slip, a few minutes later, she came back to complain about the tip, she asked us if she had given bad service or why we left such a short tip.I felt embarrassed for my client because she complained in front of all the guests at my table, and they started looking for their wallets. I stopped them and left an additional 10 dollars at the table.The attitude of T. M. was absolutely inappropriate for a waitress; there is no way I have to be forced to leave whatever she thinks she deserves as a tip (IT IS DISCRETIONAL) and based on the service.Unfortunately, I will never recommend this location, and if I have to go there for any reason, I will never want T.M. as the waitress who serves my table.I'm not giving it a 1 star because the food was very good, and the ambiance put my customer at ease until she came back to complain.

My family and I visited our neighborhood Longhorn’s last night. They were busy but we had a wonderful experience. Elvis-our server-took great care of us! He treated us like we were his only customers. I even forgot to get my leftovers and he ran to the door to hand it to me. Our lamb chops and steaks were amazing as always! Be sure to get the spinach dip as an appetizer! Yum!!

Amazing server her name was ashley ,i had one of by far outstanding experience I have ever had in any longhorn I extremely recommend you to visit this place and ask for her .

Our waiter was Kenny. He was hilarious! He kept our glasses full and checked to make sure our food was cooked correctly. I'll be back and ask for Kenny.

Too much butter. When I am scraping butter off of a steak and it pools on the plate, it seems someone is trying to mask something. Oh and odds are good that if you order the Outlaw Ribeye, they won't get it medium rare; rare is about as good as it gets. But at least you have a ton of butter....

It’s really a gamble at this one. I’ve had my ribeye come out great and last nights was well done when I ordered medium rare and it was charred. If it didn’t take 45 minutes for it to come out , I would’ve sent it back.

Thanks for taking the time to check in on us multiple times during our stay. Whoever was cooking Friday night is a keeper. Haven’t had ribs like that a a very very long time. We look forward to visiting you all again soon!One thing. Have a member of the team to check in on the powder rooms every 15-30 mins during peak… I would also encourage to post posters about handwashing for customers and employees as well as automated hand dryers or auto dispensing soap and Paper-Towel dispensers. ?
